Kam at the front desk was the highlight of this trip. She made me feel so welcome and such a great person.. Fraser Suites is lucky to have her!!!! The rooms are great, spacious and modern. Charcoal has amazing food and drinks ( try the lamb its fire!!!). The rooftop bar is amazing. Wow I can not say enough good things about Fraser Suites

Great hotel! Our room was very spacious. It even had a mini kitchen. There’a lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The highlight of our stay was the staff. All were super nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

Vielen herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Hotelpersonal welches uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Bangkok bereitet hat und wir Gäste in diesem grandiosen Hotel sein durften. Unsere Suite war perfekt ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig. Das Personal war einfach unglaublich liebenswert und hilfsbereit in allen belangen. Absolute Empfehlung von uns! Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity.
For the additional person with Extra / Roll-Away bed with a charge of THB 1,300++ (THB 1,530.-nett) per night that includes a buffet breakfast or a charge of THB 1,000++ (THB 1,177.-nett) without the breakfast and is applicable for an adult or a child above 12 years of age.
Deposit Required: All reservations must be guaranteed with 1 night room deposit to be deducted from the credit card upon reservation. For all non-refundable booking remain the same.

I choose this hotel because my office is nearby. Big room, washing machine, which have a home feeling.
However hotel is far away from nearest BTS station, compare to other nearby hotel, the shuttle service need some improvement.

原本訂兩個雙人房，其中一個加床，入住時飯店詢問是否同意換成3房的大型套房，所以我們入住了30樓邊間的大套房，空間很大，美中不足的是房間內贈送的咖啡膠囊使用完畢後並未依房型人數補充，浴室擦手巾也有類似狀況，除此外，一切都不錯，服務人員態度都很親切。

Prima hotel, goed gelegen aan soi11 maar net even buiten de grote drukte. Gratis tuktuk naar nana station is prettig. Ontbijt goed. Wat ik wel vreemd vond is dat ik bij vertrek gratis vervoer (van het hotel) kreeg bij vertrek (our service) en toch moest betalen bij aankomst op de plek van bestemming. Dat is net een nare smet op het verblijf

The electricity kept on going, charging points weren’t working, lifts weren’t working.
Very very bad experience, got stuck in the lift, had to wait for lifts for 30+ Mins consecutively for 2 days. Very average breakfast, limited options. The hotel is very old and definitely needs a revamp, including the electro mechanical.
