Awesome location! On beach street right next to Patong Beach sign and Bangla street. 5 mins walking to Jungceylon. Associates are nice and warm. They do greet you, chat with you and care about your needs. The rooms are clean,air con is freezing cold, TV has a lot of channels including Chinese, English (ABC. FOX, BBC and so on.) At the last day when I checked out, it rained so heavy. The receptionist even went out and bought a new umbrella lending to me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The stay was totally a really bad experience! Nothing worked, the boiler was not making hot water and was not working with the right water flow pressure. Air condition was also not working properly, or was too hot or extremely cold! I reported but nothing was done, they keep said the owner was in Italy. I also got sick for the above reasons, I had to go to the hospital and take various medications. I want the full refund for the horrible experienced I had in the Freedom.

Petit hôtel super sympa juste à coté de Bangla road. Le personnel étaient d'une gentillesse incroyable . La chambre était super propre ! Je recommande vraiment !!!!

Bien que basique, l’hôte est super bien situé. Et l’équipage est exceptionnel, gentil et souriant. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement, les serviettes sont remplacés.

Simple, clean, good wifi and aircon. 24 hr front desk. Friendly helpful staff. 1 block to the beach and Bangla rd. Can be a little noisy at night

Although the location of this hotel was great, I found the rooms need some work. There was no light or light switch next to the bed. You had to walk through the room in the dark if you wanted to turn the light on. Also, there is no batteries in the safe so you had to lock it with the key and take the key with you. My safe got jammed up and they had to bring in a technician to get it open. With such an awesome location, I don’t understand why they don’t do some upgrades on the room. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to friends.

今回2回目の宿泊になります。 予約1ヵ月前に他のホテル探したのですが、旧正月なので量が上がっていたため、他が見つかりませんでした。 メイン通りにとても近く立地は最高です レンタルバイクの総合駐車場があるので、夜中中バイクの音が響きます。何度も目が覚めます。耳栓は必要です。それが我慢できれば良いと思います。
