โดยภาพรวมถือว่าโอเค เสียอยู่นิดเดียวทีนอนเก่าไปหน่อย อาหารเช้าถึงจะไม่หลากหลายแต่ก็ถือว่าดีกับราคาค่าห้องหลักร้อย แนะนำครับสำหรับคนต้องการอาหารเช้าและค่าห้องไม่สูง

จองเตียงเดี่ยว ได้เตียงคู่ ภายในห้องน้ำสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเช่นแชมพูมีแต่กระปุกเปล่าให้ครับ ห้องน้ำเข้าไปมีกลิ่นบุหรี่ ประตูห้องน้ำปิดไมได้ ทุกอย่างควรเช็คห้องก่อนให้บริการนะครับ คล้าวๆครับ. ที่นี่เคยพักหลายครั้งโอเคครับ วันนี้นี้จองผ่านแอฟเลยเจอแบบนี้ครับ

ประตูห้องเก่าไขยาก ภายในห้องเก่า ห้องน้ำเฉยๆ ความสะดวกสบายในห้องไม่ดี เอาไว้นอนอย่างเดียว

เตียงนอนใหญ่ แต่ติดที่เวลาเคลื่อนตัวมีเสียง อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกน้อย พื้นห้องเริ่มเก่าแต่โดยรวมก็โอเค

บริการเยี่ยม ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส เป็นกันเอง

The hotel is acceptable for short trip, everything is ok ~ maybe not a well renovated hotel but still acceptable. But the best thing of the hotel is all the receptionist are very kind and helpful. Eg: my breakfast fell a sick during the trip and they immediately helped me send him to the nearest hospital and brought us back to hotel without any extra charges. Whenever I need some help, they just lend their hands.

The hotel is just okay. the room is big but don't have any amenities that a 3 stars hotel should have. The distance from the hotel to another place is quite far where the tuktuk charge 30 baht and above for trips. The rating is just as their hotel star rating 3/5.

ห้องสวยสะอาดมากค่ะ มีกลิ่นหอมสดชื่น อาหารเช้าอร่อย พนักงานยิ้มแย้ม กลอนประตูไขยากไปนิด ปิดเฉยๆคือล็อคเลย ตู้เสื้อผ้า ไม้แขวนผ้าอยู่สูงมากเลย อยากให้มีหมวกอาบน้ำด้วยค่ะ+แปรงสีฟัน ที่จอดรถน้อยไปหน่อย แต่รวมๆ ดีมากๆเลยค่ะ

ห้องสบายมากๆ สะอาด สวย กว้าง แม่บ้านน่ารักทุกคนเลยค่ะ

Don't ever take the massage service from hotel. We paid THB350 for 1 hour 40 minutes but they only massage us for 40 minutes. Super big Scammer! We booked 4 rooms in total, one of the room do not have hot water and another room air con keep dripping water, the rest were ok. Breakfast not bad. Staff were nice but they not really good in English, hard to communicate.

it just the staff cant speak english..its hard to communicate but overall is ok..the room so big..clean and tidy.

Stay at new hotel with free breakfast, breakfasts options are limited but value for money. Cleanliness can be improved as we found cockroach and ants in the room. Location is slightly far from hatyai central, ie Kim Yong market area however grab is easily accessible.

Overall the hotel was good. The room is good but there's no iron provided at the hotel. And all the receptionist cannot speak English. it's quite difficult for us to communicate. That's all

The room wad quite clean and comfortable but the room has no soundproof but it's wasn't disturbing until you can't sleep. - Staff was willing to help if they weren't busy. We went to the hotel for checking in very early in the morning and asked them to help us take a cabin laguage up to the room when we went back at midnight the cabin laguage was still at the reception. They said that their housekeepers were busy, couldn't take to it up. That's fine :) - FYI, the cheapest room rates have no hair dryer.
