整體環境還能接受，但設施比較舊，床單和毛巾都有霉味。隔音很差，同樓層其他房間出入都會聽到，整個晚上不時都會聽到噪音。在同區尋找旅館的話，同樣的價錢可以有好一點的選擇。

毛巾及床單非常陳舊，浴室門亦滿佈黑色的殘舊污跡！非常近機場，非常嘈吵，附近單位開門亦非常嘈吵聲音！服務台職員態度不太好、唯一值得讚賞是接送機場服務司機及車輛很好！

The room is big, but it's very dirty and old. Geckos are everywhere. Bathroom hygiene is barely acceptable. The hotel refuses to call a taxi for us, insisting to use their own private taxi (which is expensive). The hotel location is much remote than expected; there is nothing else but trees and grasses in surrounding areas.
They have a swimming pool, which is nice. But for a hotel near the BKK airport, it's quite unnecessary. The breakfast is quite expensive, comparing to local breakfast restaurants in the town center.

Near airport but free shuttle is hard to arrange. It is not available at some time period. I have no idea on how to book the shuttle before arrival since there is no website and no email stated. I have booked a room with airport transfer inclusive but fail to enjoy it. This poor arrangement really disappoint me while I had arrived airport and phone the hotel for pick up but he said it is not available. Other things are fine up to normal hotel standard

空港から近くて24時間送迎対応しているので、乗り継ぎの場合には便利です。バンコク市街からは離れているので長期滞在で観光には向かないかもしれません。
2部屋で予約していたのですが、最初1部屋しか用意されていませんでした。すぐに気付いてくれて2部屋にしてくれましたが。そこが残念だったくらいで、概ね不満はありません。

Staff were friendly and helpfull and even though we only arrived 2pm to check out 4am so literally a whistle stop tour they provided us breakfast to go as we couldnt have breakfast as included in the room.
Only massive massive downside the beds, they were rocksolid with 1 thin pillow it was like sleeping on the tile floor without a pillow so absolutely no sleep after a very long travel day room was clean though. If the beds were softer 100% be an ok overnight airport stay. Too far out to be a good base for bangkok sightseeing unfortunately
