Really couldn’t fault this hotel for location, comfort and friendliness of staff. Good selection for breakfast each day and great value food choices at the nearby Kata Walking Street Market. Also plenty of restaurants nearby. We did find some small hidden gem places to eat too. We were a family of 5 and no complaints.

Property is beautiful. It’s very centrally located. Very convenient for families. It’s brand new. Staff very accommodating. We really loved our stay there. 100% recommend this place

The location was great - easy walk to the beach and to the Kata market. The air cons were well needed and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We didn't like the main pool being closed (this was not communicated beforehand), the constant tapping sound assocoated with pool maintenance almost drove us crazy, the disappointment of finding out breakfast wasn't included despite my wife and I both believing we purchased the option at the time of booking. If views are important be specific about room selection otherwise you will be looking out over a rubbish covered empty block like we had to endure.

Ideally situated on Kata beachfront (5 min drive) And with free hotel shuttle. Approx 20 mins from Phuket main banglar walking market. Hotel is surrounded by sister hotels on same small grounds so you have access to 4 swimming pools. Happy hour moves about and is in different pool bars at different times! Infinity pool is on roof of hotel next door. Pools are clean and nice. Rooms spacious with full kitchenettes. Beds quite hard! Bathrooms modern. Great value accommodation for what / where it is. There were 18 of us (5 families travelling) And the two bed suites were huge with large interconnecting social lounge areas. Near to Shops and transport links

Beautiful hotel, 15 mins walk to beach. Large bedroom with all amenities, friendly staff. The only issue was that we were looking forward to using the rooftop pool & it was closed for renovation. They did not notify us at all, just had a flyer in the room.

All in all don't book this hotel ever again , stayed 6 nights in total .Too noisy , plus there is an empty lot there where at night the frogs keep you entertain with their noise whole night ...literally it was my holiday and i didn't sleep well at all. Front desk was not accommodating .Had 2 separate bookings asked to stay in the same room. Was told after 2 days of first booking have to bring out everything leave it with front desk. Once the other room become available will move us in . In Phuket its a slow season , i asked if the room could become available that would be great and was told no have to wait to check-in again at the normal check in time. Literally no flexibility at all. Breakfast was lame , usually i don't write bad reviews but this hotel made the experience soo bad that it has to be said. Same old every single day breakfast .You can't take it to your room if you want to. Pool the rooftop pool they advertise is facing the empty lot with lots of frogs and need maintaince. . List keep going on ....

I seldom make comments about a stay but for this I believe a comments will help. 1. Cleanliness needs improvement esp on hidden area like microwave 2. Breakfast variety is so limited and I wonder how they charge high price during peak. 3. Staff friendliness is def one of the worse I experience in Thailand.. 4. Hot water pressure and temperature is horrendous. But, location is a plus.
