Overall acceptable for the price. Very convenient place for shopping around Junceylon area. But the bath place was really no good~!!Water temperature is not high enough and the shower was not working properly! There were two swimming pools on the top floor and the view from there was quite nice.

Good location near Jucngceylon,room is clean and modern design. Counter service is good.

位置很方便，就是芭东中心位置。街上很吵，但房间很安静。

The mman at reception was rude an fighting with me for asking questions i have reported it to the manager then they gave us a room that was not cleaned an then we had to go bk down stairs to sort another room were the other member of staff had to deal with as the one was shouting an clearly swearing in his language i have video

Enjoyed my stay which was for 12 nights. Great location, without being to noisey. Value for money. Buffet breakfast included a wide range to select from. The only downside was that the bed was too hard.

Great Location and Lot of foreigners from western countries. Hotel employees are very helpful. It is quite busy place to handle.

The GU is part of the Gig hotel. The Gig is where the pool and breakfast is. The room in the GU was standard good size with a hard bed. Was cleaned and refilled daily. Do not bother getting breakfast there. The eggs are cooked and stacked up so cold all the time unless you get an omlette. Even the Asian buffet is cold. The fruit is good though. I’ve been to buffet in other Asian countries and they are better. Can’t fault the service of the staff though. Room was always clean and staff polite.

Catastrophique Hôtel, aucun comportement trop de bruit même pas propre. Je recommande à personne cet hôtel il vous accompagne même pas votre chambre il voulait chercher pendant des heures tout seul bref j’ai passé un mauvais séjour j’ai même pas dormi là-bas j’ai dû laisser mes affaires là-bas c’est tout. J’ai pris une chambre pour prendre ma douche et laisser mes affaires avant en sécurité MDR

Good Hotel only thing is there's no view out the window just a view of it another window meters away apart from that you get to use of facilities of hotel next door

Hotel is in very central area. I would stay here again. They only downside is the shower has very weak water pressure and the window in the room has very little sunlight because it opens onto an alley way.

Service was good. Hotel is not bad condition. If your looking for a place to party then this is it.

The only thing I like is the location of he property. Unfortunately all other services such as hotel reception, pool, gym, restaurant etc. are located across the road at the other hotel; i.e. The GIG Hotel. This should be properly communicated!

Kolmas kerta samassa hotellissa (välillä toki muuallakin) mutta katolla sijaitseva allas - ja saunaosasto ovat kyllä aika kivat ja saivat palaamaan GU/GIG - hotelliin uudelleen. Hotelli kaikenkaikkiaan siisti ja erinomaisella sijainnilla.

あまりに安いので、大丈夫かな〜と心配でしたが、シャワーが固定式だったのが少し不便なくらいで、それを除くと、他は全く問題無く、素晴らしいホテルでした。

First time in GU Hotel and was very happy.

La caution demandée etais de 500 baths alors qu ils en demandent 1000 ..il faut se battre a l arrivée poir avoir la chambre qui était prévue ( chambre avec balcon et vue ) lors de la réservation . il disent qus cela doit être écrit en thail sur la reservation alors que sur le site expedia c est bien précisé ,sinon on ce retrouve avec une chambre qui donne sur la fenêtre de l immeuble d en face a environ deux mètres de distance, ,donc sans lumière extérieure et il n y a pas de double vitrage j etais au 1er etage avec l impression d etre au milieu de la rue qui est tres bruyante toute la nuit les motos sans pot d échappement et donc 20 nuits sans pouvoir dormir . Donc tres difficile d obtenir ce a quoi on a droit quant on ne parle pas du tout anglais comme moi .
