苏梅岛汉沙度假村及水疗中心

The only thing I wish the resorts can upgrade is the relatively slow WI-FI service. Other than this, everything is excellent. It is a fantastic experience.

It has a stunning view and the room is spacious. It was so surprised to receive red packets during the Chinese New Year. It was so nice to have some toys in the swimming pool. The receptionists and housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The catering staff was on the contrary. We couldn't find someone to order even they were free. We gotta walk in front of them and asked them to place order. In addition, they were not familiar with the menu. The hardware of the hotel definitely needs to be improved. Hair dryer, the tv remote control didnt work well....actually, the remote control didnt work at all. The toilet couldn't be flushed properly which was quite chaotic. Pillows and mattress are too soft. Shower/rainforest was not strong enough.

酒店位置座落漁人村旁，走路便到達非常方便；大泳池而且正面向著海灘，景觀十分開揚；冷氣夠及花灑水力夠。

好處：地點近夜市及食市 沙灘及泳池很好 員工服務很好 壞處：露台多蚊蟲

Generally the room is clean and comfortable. We have booked a sea view double bed villa but turn out we can only see a little sea view. Staff is nice and willing to change a better room for us but just we have already settled down for one night already and don’t want to move luggage again. About the facility, the food at the only restaurant is good. Gym room closed very early. Only one swimming pool but the view is good. Nearby is very quiet and Fisherman village is closed during our visit. You have to go to Chawen region for food.

酒店環景寧靜得來亦方便到附近店鋪，只需步行幾分鐘就到！員工非常熱情和有禮！設計亦好優雅舒適、我一定會推介比朋友和我如果再去蘇梅島、亦會再訂住這閒酒店！

The hotel has a wonderful swimming pool and you can really stay full day there relaxing. The beach just a few steps in front of the pool. The location is very convenience and just walk 5 minutes to reach the biggest night market (Fisherman Village)

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and Fishermen's Market. Staff are polite and helpful. Restaurant for breakfast has nice sea view and delicious food. I like the egg menu and the dessert in particular! Very relaxing to sit in the balcony. Swimming pool is excellent!

I really love to stay in this hotel. When I visit sumui next time, This hotel is my first choice.

第三次入住也感到十分好，房間有點香薰，但不是每天也有，如每天點就很好。服務員有些特別工作落力，例如：Dome,SAN,Phu等，我看他們很勤力，主動，幫助僱客。pool bar是年度推出cocktail combo，十分受我們歡迎，三小食+2杯飲品，只售299泰幣，很超值！這個安排，可令客人多光顧酒店。

就是房間裝潢有點老舊了，可能大部分都是木頭，所以會有點霉味，其他就沒什麼缺點了， 建議星期5入住，搭上漁人村夜市是最好的住宿地點。

房間太棒面海 附近機能好 早餐好吃

This is my second time stay in Hansar, nothing change, friendly staff, nice breakfast, just walk 2 minute to fishman village you can find what you want to eat or buy.

房間不是太清潔（茶壺裏還有上一手住客用過的茶包），房間清潔人員沒有將應有的日用品準備在房間，例如牙刷、棉花棒......但Spa有質素，環境及技師質素也不錯。雖然酒店房間的平台設施及景觀很漂亮，但相對以這酒店房租來說，性價比低。

很棒的體驗，從入住到離開整間resort讓我心情很完美... 海灘沙是粗的 有點可惜 但從房間望過那真的很美 我們是三個姐妹行 訂了seaview double room 覺的超值得⋯ 旁邊的fisher village 滿多氣氛好的餐廳 但要省錢請往後面再走唷⋯ 在住宿結束後 馬上查了婚禮套組

住在這裏好安靜，雖然不在市區，但是離海灘近，只有三樓但沒有電梯，大廳和餐廳都是沒有冷氣，早餐不多但都很好吃，我喜歡每個房間都有陽台面海，陽台有個木頭架可以放毛巾曬衣服，還有躺椅，但是開門就看到浴室，浴室沒有門的設計，比較不方便，飯店游泳池隔著小路就是海邊，走路幾分鐘就是漁村有許多餐廳可以吃飯， 也有小商店可以逛，約5分鐘就有按摩店-CYAN ，面對海邊，聽著海浪聲ㄧ邊按摩腳，好棒！下次還是會來住這裏。
