Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort, Krabi

Location is a bit far from main street. It is a heaven for those want to have a quiet and relax vacation. There are night markets close by. It is convenient to have meals outside.

Just stayed the 1 night passing through Krabi. Staff and facilities were great. Parts of the resort seemed a little tired while others was fresh and new.

Lovely hotel

チェックイン後、金庫が壊れていたので電話で修理を依頼したが3回電話してもこない。 チェックインには40分かかる。 プールの滑り台は子供達が楽しそうにしていましたが、ちょっと水質が気になりました。 前の海は眺めるだけ。入れない。 寝る宿として利用するにはいいと思いますが、リゾートではないかな。 イライラした。

Absolutely amazing we loved it so much, great location, facilities and staff were fabulous

We booked a double bed room for 4 people, but this hôtel assumed we had to share the double bed with our 8 and 11 kids ! They seemed that they were doing us a favor by allowing us only one extra bed, but refused to put a second arguing the room could not host it. This is the first time ever i book a room on hotel.com for 4 guests that cannot accomodate a sleeping place for each of the people. The "free minibar" option is deceitful : they empty the regular bar and only leave one small chip bag 2 sodas and 2 beers... Also the room is meant for 4 and there were only 2 bottle of water in the room. Shower certains were old and torn appart Appart from this blatant lack of client expectations management and flexibility, the breakfast was good and there is a great swimming pool for kids.

Holiday is a great hotel! Good food, fun pools, perfect location. Lots to do in the area. I highly recommend it!!!

We recently stayed at Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort and had a wonderful family getaway! The location is excellent—situated on the quieter end of Ao Nang Beach, yet still within easy walking distance to restaurants, local shops, and night markets. The beach view from the resort is lovely, though we wished more people were enjoying the beach. This resort is ideal for families with kids. It features a fantastic kids’ club, an indoor playground, and several pools—including one with water slides that our child absolutely loved. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent—not the best we’ve had, but it offered enough variety to start the day right. One thing we wished for was a recycling area, especially for plastic bottles, to make it easier for guests to be more environmentally conscious. If you’re traveling with children and want a beachfront stay with great family-friendly facilities, this resort is a solid choice. We’d definitely consider coming back!

This was the best way to end our vacation. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The kids loved the slides and kids club. The food was great, the room was very spacious and very comfortable we will definitely be back.

I would go back to this hotel. However many places to improve Breakfast setup was excellent. The enclosure with air conditioning is brilliant Building 2 and 3 could have linked on 3rd floor for lift access to the 3rd flood of building number 2 Ongoing construction was limited to 5pm but ruined or disturbed day nap pr sleep of the kid Power was out for 5hrs and in return additional bed cost was free The floor was an issue. It got wet during the day from what i guess is condensation due to the unit below. Had to use towels but still we slipped on the floor. The one time free minibar was a nice touch. Thanks for that. The tray in the bathroom was placed in an awkward way. Needed seperate shelve to place it. Were no slippers but got 2 when requested Carrying luggage was easy since we had to carry over steps but duringn checkout help came too late. The pool is nice. The kids zone is excellent. Did not expeeice the massage. Beach was really close but for sand better to go to ao nang beach.

Quiet and friendly staff.

Hotel is situated right in front of beach and close to Krabi Night Market... Hotel is quite big and rooms are also specious. We stayed in family pool view room. The only problem was there was no locking system to the toilet/bathroom. Overall the stay for three night was amazing. Staff is very polite and helpfull.

What a beautiful hotel despite the lack of maintenance and a decent pool temperature. When we first arrived our room door would not close without a hotel staff member forcing it shut. All the doors were hard to open and were gaps that let mosquitoes in. Our bathroom light was out and the staff said it needed more than a bulb. The bathtub drain would not seat and the bath tub would not hold water. (Again another call to the front desk for a maintenance man). We paid a lot of money for the penthouse suite with a private pool that we could not even use as it was ice cold. Huge waste of money. The Thai staff was sweet and wonderful though and the breakfast buffet was decent.

The best part of this accommodation is that it is not smack bang in the middle of Ao Nang's main area, which means it is a little quieter. The room with pool access was really nice, and the breakfast was pretty good. I didn't like rollaway beds being kept outside in the hallway; it was a little inconvenient and not very presentable. There are lots of families with children in this resort, so if you are looking for peace and quiet, it may not be your place. At the end of the day, would I stay here again? If the price was right, yes.

Room first given was smelly and damp, we requested to change the room, they made very difficult, we have to take a down grade, didn't enjoy the stay, one to avoid
