小朋友非常喜歡，位置方便，一分鐘到海灘，近fisherman night market,吃飯方便。

酒店很新，地理位置绝佳，距离机场只有几公里。出门就是波普海滩，安静祥和。旁边的fisherman village解决了一切吃饭问题。

Very busy and crowded, not enough sun beds for the guests. Pigeons in the dining areas - very unhygienic. Good location for Bophut market and good facilities for children.

Everything was excellent, from the level of service, the location, the courtesy, the rooms, the comfort of the bed, and I will mention a very important detail that surprised me. I asked room service if it was possible to clean the room at 7:00 PM because we forgot to press the room cleaning button that was in red all day, and they immediately agreed and did so.

子連れ（小学校低学年まで）には最高のホテル。99%欧米系の家族連れ。広いキッズルームやプレイグラウンド、子ども用プールで1日遊び倒せる。ただ、子ども用プール＆プレイグラウンドから中庭のメインプールまではロビーとレストランを突き抜けて歩かないとならなく、動線はよくない。セブンイレブンが交通量の多い大通りを挟んでホテルのほぼ向かいにある。フィッシャーマンズビレッジに行くまでの市場には海沿いの歩道を歩けば5分ほどで行ける。活気のあるお店がたくさんあり、歩くだけで楽しい。ただ、目の前のポプットビーチの海は藻だらけで汚く、砂も荒く、がっかりした。泳いでいる人はほぼいない。泳ぐなら断然チャウエンビーチをすすめる。今回、ビーチ側のオーシャンビューのスイートルームに泊まったが、目の前のレストランとプールから流れる大音量の音楽でうるさく、昼間も夜も部屋でくつろげないのが難点。部屋のタオルも固くてクタクタで汚い。子連れには良いが、総合的には星3.5レベルだと思う。

Very nice hotell and practical and clean room. Loud music at the pool all day was a huge drawback. A family hotel does not need such an upbeat noisy atmosphere.

The property was great and the staff was excellent.

The room was very spacious and modern. We had a great view of the pool and a peek at the sea. The pool was great, with a swim up bar. Thr location, in the Fishermans Village, was great. There were markets most nights, lots of restaurants and lovely safe beach.

Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Nachtmarkt sowie unzählige Bars und Restaurants sind gut per Fuß erreichbar. Die Hotelanlage wirkte insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Wir waren mit Kleinkindern angereist und hatten das Gefühl, dass alles perfekt auf Familien mit Kindern ausgelegt ist.

We stayed at the hotel for 12 days as a family with a toddler, and overall, we had a wonderful time. Here’s what we particularly enjoyed: What we loved: • The family room was fantastic – well laid out, beautifully furnished, and with very comfortable beds. • The breakfast was of high quality with a great variety, and even after nearly two weeks, it didn’t feel repetitive. • The entire resort is beautifully landscaped and green. The pools are lovely and there were always sunbeds available. • The location is excellent – right on the beach promenade with many restaurants within walking distance. The beach itself was nicer than expected and great for swimming (even though Ko Samui has more famous beaches). • The indoor kids’ club was a great place for our 2-year-old to play, and we appreciated that it was pleasantly air-conditioned. • The friendliness of the staff stood out. It’s also worth noting that IHG seems to be an inclusive employer – we saw several team members with disabilities actively working, which we truly appreciated. What could be improved: • The hotel’s pricing policy felt exploitative at times. Drink prices were generally overpriced. The “Happy Hour” was especially frustrating – it advertised “Buy 2, get 1 free,” but suddenly a Mojito cost 450 THB instead of 300. Not okay. Also, the airport transfer was overpriced at 600 THB compared to 400 THB with a local taxi. • Cleanliness in the hallways and walkways cou

Very noisy hotel! Also changed the beach area of the hotel area to tables and chairs! Started gardening and cutting down trees while we were sunbathing in that area! No consideration whatsoever to who was there! Closed bar area outside before it was time, when it was happy hour! I ordered drinks and was refused 15 minutes before it was supposed to close!

Pros: Staff were all lovely, very clean, great family suites with bunk beds, gorgeous grounds, great food and drinks, lots to do especially for younger kids with splash park, play park and kids club activities, plus easy walking access to Fishermans night market. The hotel Circus night was super fun. Cons: During peak times we found this hotel to be busy /loud & a bit chaotic - especially around the pool/splash park and at breakfast. During our stay the hotel was dominated by many groups from another nationality, we witnessed rude behaviour towards staff on several occasions and often, the kids were running around unsupervised which impacted our experience a bit - Overall it was a good stay but not 100% sure we would stay again.
