Hut Sun Bungalows

Helt ok bugalows men luktade lite illa på toan och mögelproblem med kläder pga mkt regn. Trevlig men inte så hjälpsam personal.

amazing stay. Ging and her staff were very attentive to each guest. the food was great too. Wifi could use some upgrade though.

We were there 10 nights, first two nights we were in room wich was above the reception and just next to big road so voices were quite loud in the room. Otherwise the room was nice. Then we moved to another room wich was bigger and far away from road. Don't leave garbages on the patio cause of the dogs might steal them (the dogs are otherwise). And keep the toilet door closed cause there might be cockroaches...;( We had three of them, gladly we have spray for them. Food wasn't cheap and staff didn't speak english so good. We got water bottles every morning wich was nice and there was fridge on the both rooms.

We hebben een heel ontspannen verblijf gehad. Het was de laatste week van onze reis. We verbleven in de luxe bungalow met uitzicht op de zee. Het was een perfecte afsluiting. De bungalow ligt heel mooi aan de zee en je hebt een prachtig uitzicht vanuit je hangmat. De kamer was lekker ruim en schoon. Het bed is fijn. Het bad was kapot maar dat vonden wij niet erg. Daarnaast vertoond de bungalow wel wat sporen van slijtage. Ook dat vonden wij niet erg. De rest maakt alles goed! Vanaf het strand kun je rechtdoor de zee in zwemmen en na ongeveer 200 meter hang je boven het reef en kun je heerlijk snorkelen. Je kan vanaf het strand ook naar de volgende baai snorkelen. Daar is het bijzonder mooi (haad Yoa). Snorkel gear kan je huren bij de vriendelijke duikschool Haad Yoa divers. De staf van hut sun is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zij kunnen veel voor je regelen. Bijvoorbeeld brommer huur of boot bus en taxi naar je volgende bestemming. Het eten in het bijbehorende restaurant is prima. Veel verschillende keuzes. Van Thais tot westers eten. Een stukje verder lopen heb je veel leuke eet en drink gelegenheden. Voor de liefhebbers is er ook een mooi zwembad. Helemaal goed!

La peor experiencia de mi vida!!! Todas las peores situaciones que pueden ocurrirte en hotel, se concentran en este. 1. Teníamos reservada una cabaña y al llegar el olor era horroroso, tras buscar el origen del olor, encontramos heces debajo de la cama, un animal defecó en ella (el hotel tiene varios perros) 2. Nos cambiaron a una habitación terrible que nunca la limpiaron durante nuestra estancia. 3. El cuarto de baño tenia pelos púbicos en la ducha, no había agua caliente y restos de excrementos en el WC.. Además no había papel higiénico. 4. Dormir con lagartijas es lo mejor que podía pasar, eso cuando podías dormir ya que junto al hotel hay un edificio en obras y había ruidos y risas hasta altas horas de la madrugada. 5. Te cobran por el uso del aire acondicionado. La televisión no funciona. 6. El restaurante siempre estaba vacío, lógico debido a la mala calidad de su comida y sus altos precios. 7. Ten mucho cuidado si alquilas una moto con el hotel. A pesar de que la moto la entregué en perfecto estado, me pedían 6.400 baths porque decían que la había devuelto con arañazos, algo completamente falso. Finalmente tuve que pagar 100€ porque sabían que perdía el Ferry y tenia que aceptar o no me devolvían el pasaporte (he encontrado referencia de otros clientes que han pasado por la misma situación con este hotel). 8. El hotel esta alejado de todo lo mas interesante de la isla.

na drie weken rondtrekken en vol van indrukken een superplek om te chillen. beetje rondrijden over het eiland, duiktochtje maken, boekje lezen op het heerlijke strand. met wat geluk het huisje direct aan het strand kunnen betrekken, voor ons een geweldige afsluiting van de vakantie!

The hut we stayed in was #4. It was a little ramshackle but clean with hot water and comfy hammock. The price was exceptional for the island. The location is right on the beach in the north of the island. It is very far to Haad Rin where the full moon party is. We however liked the north with the resort feel and good snorkeling. The owner was very nice and the dogs were good company. The staff was mostly young guys who did not interact very well with the usual western customs. But they worked hard and one likes to sing and we witnessed one young staff member trying very hard to learn English. The hut was not very secure but we left our computer and camera and snorkel gear in the room with all the windows open and all of our stuff stayed put. The bed was not very comfortable and the mozzie net had a couple of holes. It did get very hot during mid day inside our wooden shack but other than that it was very nice. We are even thinking of coming back to Koh Phangan on this trip and staying here again. The food is expensive and not that good so skip the restaurant but our laundry came back clean and smelling better than we do ourselves at home.

Unser Bungalow war einer der alten im Hut Sun mit stark durchgelegener Matratze einem Waschbecken wo das Wasser direkt darunter wieder raus lief mit einem Gülle Geruch dazu. In der Anlage werden grade neue Zimmer gebaut und sind teilweise auch schon bezugsfertig. Bei Flut gibt es kein Strand. Alles recht eng gebaut im Hut Sun.

Very nice hotel with lots of run/bungalow options. They have recently done an addition which includes new rooms and a great new pool. Beach wasn't very great unless the tide was very low but there are lots of other great beaches not to far from here. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The owner and her staff made this resort a great experience and stay for us. Restaurant and food were also very good with lots of variety to choose from.

Det var hål i myggnätet, väggarna va inte hela och de blrjade bygga på en ny byggnad kl.7 varje morgon sä vi blev väckta.
