I was given a room on the 20th floor and came to find a cockroach infestation in my room and have the photos of the bugs, was very unfortunate as I spent a good amount of money for this room just to be disappointed and uncomfortable, was switched rooms but not given any type of refund. If I was given a penthouse room for the night to combat the cockroach infestation then I may have not been so upset with my experience

It's a bit out of the way and the rooms are just beginning to show their age but the operation runs efficiently and the staff are excellent. Expect large coach parties.

Modern Hotel with good rooms. You can also walk around to a small mall and many restaurants.

The first of 2 visits on my trip. I stayed here also twice last year and like it very much. My son lives close by so it is perfect. Also have a very nice pool on the 7th floor.

I always find the staff very friendly and helpful and I was able to pick up a case that I left here for a few days whilst I visited Cambodia for a few days , which was invaluable. The only thing I wasn’t so happy with was the price of the drinks on the roof terrace!

Close to our daughter’s apartment, great location for getting around Bangkok.

Attentive and highly responsive staff. Excellent location close to Suvarnabhumi airport and BTS line with easy access to major shopping malls, bars and restaurants.

I loved the restaurant staff. They waited on me while enjoying the pool. They were very attentive.

My family had a great stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, just a short walk to the BTS, which made getting around the city so convenient. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. I enjoyed relaxing in the pool area, though the water was a bit colder than expected. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good value for the money. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Stay here a few times. It has always been a positive. It’s best for single or couple or young adult because the room is on the small size even with an upgrade; the room still under 300sq ft. Compare to other hotel,you will get more. But the positive are this location only a few mins walk to BTS, extremely easy transportation, check in - out always fast and convenient. The hotel staffs are always on top of thing and will resolve issue if you ever have one. In face my husband forgot his wallet. We didn’t even realized it until our hotel room ring. Can’t belive they able to track us down within a few mins. It blown our mind away.

The roof top bar was magnificent, great pool and resturaunt area.

The staff at this property have all been very friendly, helpful, and more than competent. I definitely recommend this hotel, it is an excellent value for the cost.

Hotel is good and service. The only downside , i stayed is room 2302, non smoking , however at night there wqs smoke smell not only in room but also outside the room

Coffee at breakfast may have been the best thing in the breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.
