員工超級棒，態度好又很幫忙，房間寛，泳池乾淨，只是小部分的設施需要稍加維護

入住家庭頂級villa，當天抵達無迎賓人員在門口接待 須自行走到lobby CI，房內空間大而舒適，沐浴室的水壓不穩 乎大乎小 忽冷忽熱 小孩因此被燙且嚇到，跟房務反映未見改善，健身房很陽春，如遇到婚禮還無法使用，原因是健身房擺放婚理用品，這些缺點期待改善。優點是早餐現點作非常美味、海天一線泳池。

從酒店走十分鐘左右就到很多餐廳的地方，周近也有便利店與藥房。我們入住的房間景觀很好，也十分寧靜。唯房內的設備比較舊，而且亦十分多蚊，建議準備蚊香及蚊怕水。其他都很好，早餐美味。

入住honeymoon villa,泳池很大，海景更是一流，而且私隱度比其他房高，一入房看到很大隻獨角獸水泡是一大驚喜。早餐選擇多，還可以任叫。惟一美中不足是房間有盞led燈不受控制，大概酒店是時後需要維修一下

房間大，私人泳池加海景非常正。房間的日用品全部齊全，私人度高，一打開門進去的感覺非常舒適。房間真的很乾淨好舒服。服務很好，早餐好豐盛。雖然有少少貴，但十分超值。

整體感覺還不錯，不過我們不知道半夜會斷電，稍微有點錯愕，而且洗手間同冷氣設備有點陳舊，客廳的冷氣完全不冷，即使工程人員過來檢查也解決不了問題。早餐安排有點亂，侍應每次落單要將我們點的食物全部抄寫一次。。。經常有漏單情況，應該用跟餐單上的食物一樣可以剔的格仔紙會比較簡單快捷

私家别墅带泳池，无敌海景，可以变游泳边欣赏海上日出日落。

非常满意的一次入住体验，酒店的地理位置非常好，位于Kata海滩边的一处闹中取静的地方，离Kata海滩步行也就10分钟不到的距离，由于是私人别墅酒店，所以私密性非常好，整个酒店好像也就20间别墅左右。 酒店给我留下比较深刻影响的有几点：1）绝佳的风景，每间房都带私人游泳池，拥有面对安达曼海的无敌海景；2）非常棒的服务，整个假期里酒店的管家们服务态度一流，对于任何需求都能有求必应；3）印象深刻的早餐，不得不说酒店的早餐是我过往住过酒店里最好的，同样材质做出来的菜品就是棒棒哒，有一天早餐我们想吃点日式面，主厨还亲自为我们做了一份！ 如果非要说不足的地方，酒店的设施稍微老旧了一些，有些柜子的铰链都已经坏掉了。另外入住期间出了一点小插曲：半夜有螃蟹爬进我们房间的天花板吊顶里，着实把我们吓了一跳。

We stayed in the "Impiana Private Pool Villa" which is very spacious and well equipped, with the best view from the hill top looking down onto the Karon beach and the ocean. The room is clean but do need some maintenance (e.g. one of the socket doesn't work, some pipes are not fixed onto the wall, some parts of the floor were worn out). Services are impressive. The scale of this hotel is small with only 11 villas - pros and cons - since it's so small it could not benefit from economies of scale and the price is thus high, and virtually no common facilities or amenities (save for a tiny gymnasium), but with a limited number of guests it means it is in general very quite and private (of course, depending on your luck and who are the other guests visiting there at the same time with you). Though located on the top of a small hill it is very accessible and both Kata Noi beach and Karon breach could be reached within 10 or 15 minutes walk, with abundant of shops and restaurants located along the Kata Noi beach. One hint: since the hotel was built on and along a cliff, the view and floor plan of each room vary greatly with the landscape and height. Some rooms have real stunning view and large space while others may not have a view as good (but usually with more privacy), so you may ask the hotel for more information when deciding which room to reserve for.

It's juz an wow experience staying in Impiana. Everythg is fantastic. Amazing view, helpful and kind staff, huge and gorgeous Royal Villa. Thanks all for serving and helping us. We hope we will be back in the next trip.

This is the best hotel i ever stay in Thailand. We was upgraded to a bigger room on the first night (actually we think the one we book is better since the pool os longer) The size of the room is too big for us but we get used to it after staying there for 3 nights. The size of the private pool of the family suite(the one we booked) is as large as a normal public swimming pool. The angle of the seaa view is the best we ever seen as well!!! The location of the villa is very good as it's not far away from the main road with restaurants and shops but a little bit just away from the crowed area. Every morning we enjoy the breakfast with sea view at the outdoor area. They also serve breakfast until 11:00 so we don't need to get up very early. I can only say it's worth too pay to enjoy my precious vocation in Impiana!

这个不起眼的酒店，带给我非同寻常绝美回忆。别墅房里的设施齐全、档次高雅、无处不流露奢华气质，又不是泰味的文化内涵。酒店所处的位置半山面海，仅有11间客房，凸显住客的尊贵。特别让我们感动的是，酒店服务员在做卫生时发现了生日蜡烛，立刻查到女朋友的生日，而补上蛋糕，带来一份意外惊喜。
