係一間非常好的酒店。我會給滿分。早餐一定要試吓。冇得輸，選擇多而且服務相當貼心，房間十分清潔。服務員態度非常好👍

交通便捷，職員態度欣勤，房間寬敞舒適，但座厠未有間格，是失敗的設計。早餐略嫌較多中東食物，款式不夠大眾化。

Very good location, room size good enough and very good house keeping twice a day, not many 5 star hotels continue this service. Breakfast many choices and not need to waiting for seating during peak times, staff very friendly with many smiles it make us happy days, special thanks to Ms sittimon she always remember my wife specials meal requests every morning even in her day off, she reminds her colleagues to serving us. Only things…. Swimming pool very small it compare hotel capacity, we meet up another room guest party of 6-8 they already engaged whole pool Possible to build a new bridge connecting to skywalk instead via backside shopping mall We sure will back to this hotel coming summer

新裝修過，房間舒適很多。周邊很多大商場，撘BTS非常方便

It is situated almost in the middle of the town centre and near to the Sky train Chitlom station. Around the hotel are large shopping malls that your don't need to plan where to buy things on your shopping list. As for the environment and operation of the hotel, staff are polite and helpful. everything in the room are clean and tidy with daily supply of fresh fruits and water. It is worth for the price.
