Security Deposit Policy To ensure a comfortable and secure experience for all guests, iSanook Resort & Suites Hua Hin requires a refundable security deposit upon check-in. Deposit Amount - THB 1,000 for stays of 1–2 nights - THB 2,000 for stays of 3–6 nights - THB 3,000 for stays of 7 nights or more Payment Methods The deposit can be made by cash or credit card at the time of check-in. Refund Process - Cash deposits will be refunded at check-out after a room inspection confirms no damage or additional charges. - Credit card deposits will be refunded within 1 to 30 business days after check-out, depending on the guest’s bank processing time. Important Notes - The security deposit covers incidental charges, damages, or policy violations during the stay. - If any deductions are necessary, the guest will be informed prior to refund. - The hotel reserves the right to charge additional fees if damages exceed the deposit amount. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard for all our guests.
