キッチン付きの部屋でした。使った食器なども毎日綺麗に洗ってくれました。掃除はとても行き届いていて毎日気持ちよく過ごせました。次回も泊まりたいと思いました。

Overall, our stay at the Jasmin Resort hotel was good. The staff were friendly, breakfast had variety and the rooms were large. It’s conveniently placed for the BTS transit system and was priced very well through hotels.com The hotel loses a few points for me through a few small aspects such as very firm beds and really badly designed sink taps (that you can’t turn with wet hands). Overall, I’d possibly stay again as there was enough done well to make it work.

It’s convenient because it’s located at BTS station.

Loved my stay here. Small hiccup at the beginning but the lovely ladies at the front desk fixed it. Close to everything (711, dentist, walking streets, laundry, BTS) honestly amazing location and great hotel. Wish their breakfast options were a bit more varied but that’s it.

I have stayed in Jasmine Resort for multiple times, and I will stay here again whenever in Bangkok. Hotel is clean and well maintained, though you can see a bit of wear and tear here and there. The staff is friendly, helpful and overall amazing. I’m always welcomed back here with smiles and. Hotel has a nice outside pool, Spa with hot pool and a gym. They are not the biggest ones, but got their job done nicely at least for my needs. Hotel is located next to always busy Sukhumvit road and it easy to get to anywhere in the city from the hotel. Nearest BTS station is just next to hotel which is a great plus. You can find many massage places, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There is also small convenience store just outside of the lobby. Ekkamai Gateway shopping centre is also close. For those who want to practice golf swing, 42 Tee-Off driving range is just a short walking distance away.

Great location. Close to BTS and convenience stores. Concierge and reception staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive. Housekeeping staff does a great job in keeping the room spotless. Highly recommended hotel to stay when in Bangkok.

Very polite and kind staff

This hotel was the perfect location to access the sky rail. It was a bit noisy as we were on the 11th floor so if you can try and get a higher floor (we tried but they couldnt give us one) as the constant hum of the road traffic can be annoying. There was plenty of breakfast choice.

It was a great hotel just not the best location

Very convenient right next to the metro station. Excellent Thai breakfast with many options. All-day coffee service was appreciated.

The beds are not that clean and the rooms are bit noisy.

We were traveling for four nights. The bathroom and bathtub were very dirty. The cleanliness was poor. The towels were stained and dark. Fortunately, I brought my own towels. A charging cable was lost in a friend's room on the third night. I suspected that the cleaning staff took it away when the room was being cleaned.

Good areas and closed by skyline train market, street food and shopping malls etc

I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend.

Excellent service

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, with easy access to the sky train that takes you straight to the city center. Plus, the price is very reasonable for what you get. Highly recommended!

This was our second hotel in Bangkok for 3 nights. We enjoyed a pleasant and tranquil stay at this hotel. The spacious bedroom sky suite room offered ample comfort and relaxation, and the location was perfect for BTS travel. The price for our stay and duration was reasonable. The only drawbacks were that the hotel’s facilities, including the gym, squash court, outdoor and indoor pools, and spa, closed earlier than anticipated compared to other hotels in Bangkok. It would have been nice to enjoy these amenities later in the evening after a day of sightseeing. Furthermore, the breakfast service also concluded earlier than at other hotels in the area. Despite this, we had an enjoyable overall experience during our stay.

Very nice and friendly staff and location is perfect if you wanted to travel by the sky train. Very convenient as well, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, pharmacy and 7-11
