Got a great last-minute deal on the executive suite, & was able to extend booking to stay for 2 more nights at same cost. Secure room with big comfortable bed, clean bathroom with good shower, good aircon & fridge, nice balcony. Tasty breakfast included. Nice, clean poor area. Staff are lovely. Excellent proximity to restaurants, salons & weekend night market.

Nice, friendly staff and clean. A good area of town for getting around or just walking and exploring. The breakfast isn’t a buffet; you are limited to ordering one menu item per guest from their menu but we were still able to find something we liked.

Nice hotel, with fabulous really helpful staff. In a great place to walk anywhere in the old town. Would stay here again.

Very nice hotel helpful staff

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Easy check-in process. The room was clean. The mattress was hard for my own preference. The property is centrally located within Old City. Walkable to the temples within the city and to the Sunday Night Market. Getting around was also very easily. The complimentary breakfast was smaller but food was terrific. The pool was rather cool and the gym was small with dated equipment. However, we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely place, lovely staff, comfortable and quiet. Location was fantastic for walking around and exploring. Great breakfast, both Thai and western options. The coffee shop in the lobby was a nice bonus! The pool was a bit cold for me, but clean and nice for an afternoon nap.

What a lovely property, centrally located, close to everything. The property was very clean, and modern, with great amenities. The room was spacious with one of the most comfortable beds we've had in a hotel yet. The staff was top-notch, extremely polite and helpful, ready to answer questions, provide directions and recommendations. Higly recommended.

School across the road that can be a little noisy during drop off and pick up times

Comfortable and clean. Had a quiet room overlooking the pool. Good breakfast. Only stayed one night after a week's remote birding trip. Appreciated the strong shower!

The hotel is just opposite a school. At 8am, it will be very noisy. Should not stay in the old city as there are many hotels thatbare cheaper and nicer, in Nimman or along the river area.

This is an affordable, clean, comfortable place to stay in a good location. The employees go above and beyond. So friendly, professional and helpful (especially Jenny).

Very nice! Perfect for walking

Amazing staff in a cozy hotel. Perfect lovation for anyone looking to explore Chiang Mai for their first trip. Will definitely stay there again in my next visit.

The location is great: in the center of old city close to Sunday walking streets. It was also pretty quiet. There was laundry service offered and there was a small pool in the courtyard.

Really enjoyed our stay at Jomkitti! Room was comfortable and clean with a free minibar, bathroom had a bidet and TV in room had Netflix! The female receptionist was very amicable and helped us in booking the elephant sanctuary tour. Location is right across from a couple elementary schools, so it gets very busy in the morning and later afternoon, but otherwise is located in a pretty quiet neighbourhood near temples that you can check out. Note that there isn't much nightlife/bars in this area, so you'd have to walk a bit to find those areas. It is still very walkable and convenient to access other things like places to eat, salons, convenient stores, etc.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay here. Great walking distance to day and night markets. If you tell the front desk you’d like to rent a motorbike, they will have one delivered and picked up right at the hotel. We loved being next door to the school. Gave a real sense of daily life in Chiang Mai.

Location is centrally located and an easy 15min walk to most of the main sites in the city. Breakfast was included and was excellent, full omelette station and lots of yummy Thai food. Free snacks and water in the lobby which was great to grab before a day out. Very friendly staff!

the Jomkitti is conveniently located to "the downtown/old city." Our room on the 4th floor (401) was nicely decorated and had a fantastic bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room was bright and airy. The amenities were great, although we didn't have an opportunity to use the pool. The staff is pleasant, the breakfast is good (eggs slightly overcooked) and suitable to an American palate. The only drawback is that there is a school directly across the street that seems to play drums all day long, but the evenings and nights are quiet so they didn't really bother us. An added attraction is a third floor "sala," an outdoor balcony that is quite comfortable for meetings and lounging. Chiang Mai is definitely worth a visit, especially for access to Doi Inthanon mountain.
