The closet was a little stinky, so I kept my clothes outside the closet. but everything else was wonderful. The view is incredible.. The friendly management was excellent. The inside and outside is very clean and well-maintained.I would highly recommend this beachfront property

Absoluteley EXCELLENT service! Check in and check out was handled quickly and efficiently. The condo was exactly as described, and there were drinks in the fridge on arrival, snacks provided, plenty of towels, great wifi, excellent security, everything worked, and Alex himself was punctual, friendly, and helpful. Very convenient location, lovely sea view, very comfortable, simply excellent. I'm already planning my next trip!

Nice apartment with sea view. There is all what you need for long-term accommondation. Easy communication with friendly staff. Location is good. Beach is opposite of the street and shops and bars. Still no noice at night time. And the sunset view from the balcony is wonderful. Thump up for this apartment!

Cookies and rolls upon arrival. Thai beer in assortment upon arrival. Drinking water and soft drinks upon arrival. When renting from 21 days, I will additionally provide Thai wine upon arrival as a sign of respect.
When renting from 7 days paid separately: Electricity - 6 baht per 1 unit. Water - 30 Baht per day. Cleaning, washing clothes, sanitizing with antibacterial agents after departure - 1.200 baht.
On request, you can order cleaning and linen change: Apartment cleaning - 500 Baht. Change of 1 set of bed linen - 200 Baht. Change of 1 towel - 20 Baht.
Deposit upon arrival 2,000 - 5,000 Baht.
