Hotel location is near by the city and it takes 5mins to BTS station and takes one station to access most of major shopping location. Hotel is a bit old with 20+ years of history but it can still maintain the facility and the service of the hotel group. Breakfast is great with lots of choice and taste is good. Swimming pool is a bit small but rest of facilities are good enough. Room is big enough and tidy.

The room is really tidy. Before my check in, I called and told them that this is my hubby trip. I would like to make a surprise to him. They suggested to provide me a honeymoon decored room and serve us a small birthday cake.
When we opened the door, it's really good decorated as real rose placed on bed. Very nice.

The cleaning room service was disappointed. It's ridiculous that the hotel provided only one set of washing/cleaning set for a room for two persons. Besides, the room cleaner always forgot to refill enough stuff in the room, such as body wash, toothpaste.
The daily fruits provided by the hotel were not delighted. Just some sour little apple (really very little) and small longan. Very disappointed about this because it is a 5-star hotel.

服務沒話說，地點很方便但飯店有點老舊，房間隔音很差所以都會聽到隔壁房的電鈴或是走廊打掃聲音，房間內的床，家具，枕頭感覺都用很久了然後太軟，內裝非常需要翻新的飯店
