Huoneessa puutteellinen varustus. Esimerkiksi kylpyhuoneesta ei löytynyt hammasmukia. Myös hissiä kaipaisi ja kapuaminen jyrkkiä portaita ylös rasittavaa kun ostoksia mukana.

We had a lovely stay over 6 days here! Lovely and very friendly and sweet family that run the hotel. Very clean. Very good beds. I felt very safe here. I can highly recommend this hotel, even if it is a bit of a walk to the beach. - Britt from Norway

Kamala Beach Resident blev en besvikelse till början, då fotona ej stämde överens med vårt boende! Skicket på rummet var under medel! Tyvärr hade det krupit in lite myror även i rummet som inte gjorde det bättre! Även sängen var i hårdaste laget, men det är inte första eller sista gången det inträffar! Tur var att personalen var jättetrevliga o ställde upp när det behövdes!

Helt fantastisk hotell og betjening. Dette hottelet ligger ca 10 minutter unna stranden men di har både sykkel og scootere utleie. Di har også resturant med veldig god mat og en bilig penge. Di e fanatisk hjelpsomme med alt på hotellet og kunne gi det 10 + på alt.

Had a pleasent stay at Kamala Beach Residence. Wifi was a bit slow but all in all a good place to stay. Friendly staff.

Мы останавливались в этом отеле с 19 по 31 марта. Чистенький отель, для Азии достаточно редкое явление. Без изысков. Зверья и насекомых практически нет. Очень приветливые сотрудники, Wanna ваще классная, всячески пытается помочь, интересуется времяпрепровождением, советует интересные места на острове. Комнаты как на фото. Каждый день нам заворачивали полотенца то в лебедей, то в сердечки. Постельное белье меняется регулярно, в комнате постоянно поддерживалась чистота. До пляжа минут 5-8 пешком, вокруг достаточно много различных кафешек, включая фруктовые палатки, ну и всем известный 7-eleven недалеко. В отеле есть аренда велосипеда, мотобайка, авто. Также есть тур.программы.

Nice large rooms in a good position in front the main street, close to the market street food and 5 minutes walking from Ao Nao center.

Return trip to Kamala but first time using hotels instead of renting a private house. Decided to stay at 4 different hotels within the same price range.( commuting with a scooter around town and beyond) Here, the room was filthy with dust & hair all over the floor,even after I asked them to clean it was still highly visable in all the corners of the room and under the bed. I believe I am not too fussy of a guest/traveller, only expecting a safe and clean room with anything else that each individual hotels states they provide. Housekeeping is not done daily but I don't mind as long as it's every two days to change towels and clear out the bins. The pictures online are a true representation of the interior but it does look tired and most of the furniture is either well worn or perhaps should be discarded long ago. Bed was big and comfortable, shame to see the head rest at pillow level was full of dry scalp skin and dust that is obviously collected throughout time. Duty lady manager was extremely polite and always a smile to her which was nice. To my own downfall, I didn't complain of the faults apart from the initial cleaning after day 2. In my mind, it isn't my job to clean and all guests should at least expect a clean room. If it isn't then I know not to go again and the power of the Internet and social media, then people can voice their opinions. Location is fine for me, beach nearby as well as shops and amenities but then I do always hire a scooter on these trips.

If you are traveling on a budget than this would be a good little hotel, more like a guest house than a hotel. About a 20min walk to the beach. The hotel staff are really helpful and friendly, but the facilities are pretty poor and outdated, no shower pressure and the location of showers is literally in the toilet.

I would class this hotel as a "back packers" hotel, my room was very clean with shower,toilet and sink and large king size bed, small fridge,wardrobe and table, and small TV on the wall and also a safe and free wifi. It is a little off the beaten track and 15 minute walk to beach and main Street of Kamala. The staffs English is poor but they were extremely helpful at all times. They cleaned my room every day and supplied 2 bottles of water everyday. I just used this as a base to sleep and shower and it was perfect for the job. I also rented a scooter from them at very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend and use this place again !

If you're looking for a cheap place to stay with a 10 minute walk to the beach, this will do the job. Easy walk down one road to kamala beach. This area is way more calm and less crowded than Patong beach but is an easy 12 minute scooter ride down 1 road to Patong. Plenty of cheap, delicious places to eat on the road the hotel is on. You get what you pay for in the simplicity of the hotel/room. Sink and mirror are outside on the balcony. Shower is over the toilet, as in you literally get the toilet seat soaking wet when you shower. A/c works great. Bed is a good size. Views of the mountain side are picturesque. They speak enough English to get by. Super nice staff. All in all, we knew we were sacrificing luxury for pricing and that's what you can expect. Safe, clean hotel for a cheap price. Nothing fancy, nothing really wrong with it though.
