Helpful friendly staff with excellent English. Breakfast choices were good. Best pool.

Enjoyed staying there but as in previous occasions there was problems with the internet particularly in the rooms

Location good near bridge over river Kwai. Everything with in walking distance. Hotel clean, good size pool, excellent choices for breakfast. Staff lovely. Good value for money

This hotel was perfectly located for visiting the Ruver Kwai Bridge. The room was huge and comfortable. There wasnt much selection for breakfast but it was all cooked fresh.

Nice easy place to get too from the train. Easy to find and staff are always eager to help. Nice spot

Pleasant hotel very near the famous Kwai bridge. Spacious room (Junior Suite). Very good breakfast. Hot water in the shower barely warm. Good air conditioning.

The property was a short walk from Saphan Kwae Yae train station and the bridge. Very convenient for foot tourism. Lovely helpful staff and a great breakfast. Nice room and shower. Front desk staff fixed our TV problem promptly

Spotlessly clean, attentive staff, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast to order. Rooms basic, but large and comfortable. Great pool. We would stay again.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I would recommend a stay there in a heart beat. The staff is amazing and totally dedicated to making your stay that much better.

Such a great property. The staff was so friendly and offered daily housekeeping. Cafe attached to the hotel is amazing! Breakfast 7-10am for either 180 or 200 baht. Close to JEATH museum, bridge on the river Kwai, jewelry stores, small market. Taxis always parked across the street for easy transportation. Could not recommend the hotel more. If I ever am back in Kanchanaburi, I would definitely stay here again.

Great property to spend a couple of days in Kanchanaburi to visit the Bridge On The Kwai, JEATH museum, Commonwealth War Cemetery etc. Just two minute walk from the bridge itself (and also railway and bus stations). Big clean well appointed room and friendly helpful staff. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Fantastic customer service, nothing was too much trouble. A lovely swimming pool and in a great location.
