Very large rooms. Nicely set up and very comfortable. Location a breakfast buffet was excellent. Good dining choices with discounts for those staying at the property. Most of all, staff was great.

虽然我们酒店没有了我们预订的房子（高级房），但是他给我们升级到他们的兄弟酒店（baan karonburt resort)豪华泳池景观套房，总体酒店的规模稍微差了点，可是他们热情和负责的态度觉得还是比较满意的。例如，原来的酒店就有SPA的服务（当然是额外付费的），他安排我们去别的酒店后还是有安排5折优惠和免费专车接送服务给我们。baan酒店的房间布置很浪漫，餐馆的菜做得非常好吃，而且比外面就贵20／30泰铢， 相当划算。下次还是会住这个酒店！

First, we asked the hotel to book the car to pick us up at the airport and found the car was very good and the price was fair. We checked in at the Christmas eve and found the hotel offered a dinner, which was included in our rate, out of our expectation. It was good and saved us from searching for food at that busy moment. Hotel is just few steps away from the beach and very near the main street of Karon beach,convenient for food and night life. Hotel staffs are nice as usual and the spa if not bad. Room is big and comfortable. Overall, the hotel worths its money.

Overall a very nice hotel with very convenient location, nice rooms and adequate breakfast. only 1h wireless per day a shortcoming but that's OK. However was unhappy on its arrangements while rooms were said to be under maintenance.

Overall very good only one gripe is pool towels. In most other hotels we’ve stayed in there are stations where you can pick up and return pool towels unfortunately the towels were changed in your room during cleaning if you were out prior to room cleaning your pool towels were not changed

위치가 너무 좋습니다. 숙소 바로앞 카론해변은 물 색도 너무 예쁘고 선셋도 정말 완벽했습니다. 이 숙소에는 물놀이를 위한 비치 백, 비치 타월, 발 씻기 구역 등이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 리조트 수영장도 예뻐서 사진이 잘 나옵니다. 유아풀 있습니다. 조식도 과일, 커피 등 꽤 괜찮고 주문하면 즉시 만들어주는 오믈렛이 맛있어요. 샤워기 필터는 4일동안 사용했을때 회색빛 정도로 변했습니다. 화장실 변기 수압이 약하나 프론트에 이야기하면 친절히 도와주십니다.. 직원들이 친절합니다. 로비에 앉아서 투어 픽업 기다리기도 아주 좋습니다. 바로 앞에 마사지샵 매일 갔습니다. 5분~10분 거리에 상권 및 맛집 거리가 있습니다.

We had an amazing stay at Karon sea sands, highly recommend the pool access rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, breakfast was fantastic, beds were super comfortable, was stoked to have a bath in the room also. We will definitely be back next trip. Many thanks to the fabulous staff and their generous hospitality :)
