The hotel is small but new, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The staff at reception is friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and hidden in a small lane but only a few minutes' walk to the street bazaars and night markets. The room is tiny but stylish and good for lone travelers or couples. There is no wardrobe in the room, which is not a problem as travelers live out of a suitcase. I enjoyed my stay there.

Location is good and 5min can reach convenience store n massage. Room not too big but very nice decoration and clean, breakfast has many choice with taste delicious. Free mini bar are so good. Especially want say thanks to the staff Gaint , Ked, Patcha & Team. They are so warm and helpful, they give us many good advice for visit signature of CM and delicious restaurant. Definitely will stay here again for next time in CM.

Good for value but not for comfort. Bathroom is tiny and it smells whenever the ventilation is off. All staff were very friendly except one senior lady who speaks arrogantly with no reason. All in all acceptable for the price and location if you are only there for sleep. In fact many other choices in Chiang Mai.

First , location is bad. But no worries. We use grab. We arrived late. So the road is so dark. The driver keep turn and turn We are a little bit worries about the safety. After arrived. We feel nice hotel. When we get the room. So many insect flies outside of our room. We told the staff. He said yes. It is outside. No worries. But he still change other room. Inside the room. Bed is so small. Room is small as only fit too small single bed. Bathroom only fit on person. Hard to turn around. I booked 5 days. Only stay half day. Then I left immediately. I tried the breakfast. It looks good. Taste good. At the end. Outside more the 6 streets dog.

Pros: The bed is exceptionally comfortable.
Cons: my room is located on 5th floor. There are LOTS OF (about 15-20)geckos on the ceiling outside my room after about 6pm, which is quite scary when I came back after dark. Luckily there is not any gecko in the room

酒店職員太棒了，超有家的感覺。非常友善~一直與我們聊天，可惜我的英文太弱了。地點也是不錯的，而且走去古城也是幾分鐘時間，不過晚上走回去有點暗，所以一個人要稍微小心，下次去還是會住，超愛酒店職員們💝

Although it is not a big big hotel, all staffs are really nice and helpful like a warm family :)
It is near the Bazaar night market and Big C supermarket around 10mins by foot, and near the Sunday night market around 10mins by foot as well.
The excellent breakfast is what I am looking forward to enjoy everymoring!!!
