KC Place Hotel Pratunam

Very convenient hotel, easy access to train station and food. Stayed here a few years ago too. Staff are very helpful and polite! Though it is old, the place is clean and well maintained.

Rooms are outdated nothing like the pictures. bunch of roaches came out ( like an infestation ) and we had to change rooms. Location is good.

Nice we didn’t realize how centralized the location was until we walked around. Pratinum is right around, there’s a nice tour guide guy who lives along the street that can give you a ride and show you around.

Location of this hotel is super convenient from the airport with a short walk from the train station. There’s night market close by and you’re located near tons of shopping. Hotel is located off the main road in an alley that might look shady to some at night but it was safe. Hotel has elevator but it didn’t reach some floors. You need your hotel key to turn on electricity so you won’t be able to keep your room cold when you go out.

An exceptional small hotel right bang in the area of Pratunam,perfect for shopping wholesale and retail lotsa Malls!! Beautifully clean,a little known Gem. Great value compared to Indra Regent et al. Will definitely return. My GO TO place in. Bangkok.

The beds are not the most comfortable. They only provide one pillow for each guest and makes you pay for an extra pillow. The breakfast choices is limited and the same everyday. But overall a good hotel for the price and location.

We had a pleasant 5N stay with family at KC Place Hotel Pratunam. The location is good; it is near the malls in Pratunam, where the shopping district is, but it is on a quiet interior road. Although you can hear the train come in, it is not that loud. The staff were all friendly, courteous and attentive to our needs. The cafe served good breakfast, lunch, and dinner at affordable prices. Cleanliness was topnotch, the room had an electric kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, hot and cold shower. The room size was also adequate for 3 people with medium size bags. The only downside was that the walls were so thin we could hear other guests opening doors, walking the corridors, laughing in the next room; and In Tower 1, the lift is located on the mezzanine; you actually had to climb 1 flight of stairs to access it, which we wanted to avoid since we were traveling with our 75-year-old mother. There is a massage place downstairs, which is very convenient to get before bedtime. It was overall a very convenient and pleasant stay.

A little expensive for what you get IMO. there were 5 mosquitos in the room that I had to kill on the first and 2nd night. definitely not an ideal situation. Overall an okay stay.

Hotel staffs are kind and helpful, but the room cleaning quality is not good and they don't have hot water for taking a nice bath.... Plus, I've stayed there for many nights, sometimes they offer new supplies but sometimes they didn't, the shampoo and shower gel are combined in a small bottle which was totally not enough for people with long hair.

The rooms are thoroughly cleaned by the staff daily and the towels are also replaced daily. The smell of the linens is so good 👍 Will come back to this hotel again in the future 🙌

I really enjoyed staying here in KC Hotel. It’s clean and very affordable. I would recommend staying here.

A bit out of the way, the drive up is slightly off putting. The hotel itself is very nice considering the price.
