整體而言，這間飯店讓人感到放鬆，非常適合度假。早餐相當豐富，員工也能提供很好的建議。入住時，飯店有告知上午10點到下午5點會有整修噪音，但當我在下午5點15分回到飯店時，仍然持續聽到很大的敲打聲。雖然我不太介意，但這部分還是值得注意。不過，我仍然期待下次再訪曼谷時再次入住這間飯店。

客房服務餐點好吃且價格合理，早上6:30開始在大廳有提供免費咖啡，飯店一樓有庭園隔壁就是餐廳街和超級市場，去便利商店走路三分鐘就到了，附近還有大公園，下次去曼谷會再住一次。

The room is excellent. The staff are helpful and always keep good smile to everyone.
The roof top bar, Italian restaurant and bar on the floor are perfect. Nice vibe and music are always around.
However I wish the swimming pool can extend the service time to midnight as now close at 10pm.

Pros:Friendly and helpful staff (front desk & concierge); hotel is clean and tidy (even it is pet friendly hotel); complimentary drink every day at pool side. Cons: lack of staff in Stock.Room during breakfast time, as it serves as a buffet, they didn’t clean up the tables initially, I m afraid the F&B management should improve this area.

沒有即時清潔客人房間，而且多次要求也沒有做到，我們唯一要求的就是出去後回到酒店應該是乾乾淨淨的才舒服，我們花2千多一個晚上的房價在曼谷應該是可以得到更好的服務，我們唯一的要求就是房間每天按時清潔好等客人回來

Nice and trendy hotel. Friendly staff and facilities are well maintained. Pets friendly hotel and you’ll see quite a number of pets at the lobby and ground floor. However, I have never met any pet inside lift and I’m not sure if there’s dedicated lifts for customers with pets come along😄.
Breakfast tends to western style and it’ll be even better if more selection of Asian cuisine.
The only down side is the location is not near BTS although still walking distance to Chitlom station. It’ll be a good choice if you can accept this.
