Unreasonable use of privacy and views, noisy air conditioning .

Hotel is located at remote area and about 20 miniutes of driving to Maya Lifestyle Shopping Mall. Partitioning of rooms is poor, so you can hear your neighbouring guests talking about. Glass on wall by the corridor make you have no privacy unless you shut up curtains. Anyway, staff are generally polite, friendly, efficient and very helpful, especially staff Gift, She offered great help for changing of room and solving problems in the first instance. If there was just a few hotel guests, only Asian, Continental and American styles of breakfast for your choice. And breakfast buffet is provided when sufficient guests in the hotel.

這是一家很不錯的小resort, 離市區不近， 寧靜、舒緩，一切步調都放緩，附近有兩家不錯的咖啡館，想要遠離塵囂的話，是個不錯的選擇。要入古城區，可Uber叫車，比酒店叫的計程車要便宜兩倍！

Overall is fine, but it is about 20mins taxi drive to central area.

惟獨free shuttle bus 如多開傍晚一班次便更完善！早餐雖非自助,但也十分豐富！房間非常寬敞！整體服務滿意!！渡假酒店老闆也待客熱情！關顧客人需求！多謝他特地介紹，逢週六早上,酒店附近有個非常可愛的小型市集！ 入住期間均感受到悠閒憇靜的感覺！非常愜意！

This hotel is terrible. Worst travel experience I have had. From the review, we thought the hotel is clean, but shower room is full of worms. Room is big but very dusty and smelly. It's like no one living in the room for years. We asked for slippers but they provided only used dirty slippers so we have to wear ours socks in the room for the whole period. Bring your own slippers if you want to book this hotel. Location is far away without nearby restaurants. In-room dining closed at 10pm, meaning you can stay starving after 10pm. Customer service was terrible. Due to mis-guidance, we booked one extra room over. Duty manger of the hotel, Ms. Nitchuwan, said the hotel will allow us to cancel the room, and they contacted hotels.com for that. She asked us to contact hotels.com as well for speedy cancellation and refund, but when we back to home. Ms. Nitchuwan said its online booking manager doesn't allow the refund anymore. If we have known there was no refund, we would have occupied the other rooms as well. We feel being cheated, in addition to the poor hygiene. Very bad memory of this trip. Really don't recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing trip. My first time to Chiang Mai, but have been many hotels and resorts in Thailand. This hotel comes to the worst I have ever experienced in my life.

The staff is friendly. This is a good choice for a quiet stay and relaxation. The two little cafes nearby are surprisingly good. Must try!!

完全沒服務可言，第一天check-in 竟然要住basement, book了resort但竟然要住basement,叿service agent要求換房，擾讓很久才答應保證第二晚換房。到第二天又說沒房給我們，期間服務員竟説不是他答應我們可以換房，又擾讓很久說沒房什麼的，又跟經理傾才肯換房，然而答應後已經能安排到一間vacant房間給我們。

因入住時已傍晚,和飯店借腳踏車出去想到處看看,但這裏太偏僻附近也沒什麼東西,就回飯店吃晚餐. 客房精緻小巧但這邊真的很偏僻

酒店環境清靜，但酒店活動範圍太細，家庭房頗大，兩房一小廳。大堂有潮濕嗡味，有代改善，地點距離市區不算太遠十分鐘車程，不過不失。

酒店房間有臭味，泳池一邊有網圍了，不知是否維修，也好像很久沒有人用

第一晚來到看見酒店的外觀確實不錯,裝潢也有心思!下機的第1餐晚餐就在此吃~冬蔭功很出色!!!還有炒河粉也是很好味!之後沒有喝到更好的外冬蔭功了! 令我懷念!~ 房間也算整潔,因為安排了在地下的一層,所以透光度不夠,比較昏暗。早餐是自助的,種類不算繁多,但會吃得飽你~HAHA 酒店用餐地點有2隻貓咪,喜歡的人會很喜歡,因為貓貓很黏人,不喜歡的會覺得是騷擾 值得一提是當初找酒店是因為離機場近的關係,但卻離最旺的舊城也有一段路,需要以車代步,很多司機嫌遠及不懂路程,開價都很貴!如果自駕遊的應該會更自在一點!

Everything is good except the location. Almost all tuk tuk driver dunno how to get there. There was only 1 shuttle from hotel to the night bazaar @ 7pm per day. Everytime u want to go out have to ask the reception to call a taxi, then wait 20-30 mins. Rent a bike/car is a good idea if u decided to stay in this hotel.

Resort不算太大，職員比客人還要多，因此對客人的照顧都十分貼身。雖然出town時間差不多20分鐘車程（Resort提供車，費用：250bht/single），但由於遠離town，感覺較寧靜，很舒服。Resort內有一個小泳池，因為客人在不同時間活動，我和朋友基本上都能「包池」游泳。總括而言，我們過了很舒服的假期，有機會我會再來。

The place was obviously popular once but hasn't been looked after and is now forgotton by the owners It's full of old furniture that should have been thrown away and walking through reception the smell of mould was strong. My guess is that it was left during COVID and has never recovered. The staff espcially the cleaning and restaurant staff tried really hard to make me feel comfortable but it was largely empty and it felt sad and lonely. I had paid in advance and left a day early. I asked for a refund for the final day but was refused.

This was my first trip to Thailand and the Kiree Thara Boutique Resort was the perfect place to land. It is situated in peaceful surroundings, the gardens are calming and beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the staff were generous and hospitable. It’s a short ride from the city (easily accessible via the Grab app) and far away enough to experience the tranquility of the hills in Chiang Mai. Great food and service. I highly recommend staying here.
