Hotel is a bit dated. But good location and friendly staff. They said they have a gym, not true.
Villas are small. Sea view rooms are large bright.

Good location on beach, staff friendly, but no other positives as regards this facility!!! Major renovation required, bathroom dreadful, sewerage smell terrible, cracked tiles, musty smell in bedroom, towels threadbare, sheets grey & worn, pillows terrible, mice outside room balcony, very budget accommodation

Our 1st time to Koh Samui, relaxing 5 days after a 30 day SE Asia tour. We enjoyed the pool and walks on the beach. Great location, lots of shopping close by plus restaurants and Night Markets.

The location is great and the reception & restaurant areas are nice. Food at the restaurant is fairly priced and good. Our deluxe seaview room was roomy and had a nice view. Comfortable except for the very worn sheets, towels and beach towels. They need more sunbeds, it's a blood sport here with all beds claimed before 6:30 am. Overall, I would recommend as a budget hotel.

Make sure to understand in advance, the rooms being booked are unclear. I booked a bungalow on the beach, and then it turned out there were only two of those, and they tried to put me in a bungalow next to the garage. They switched me to a room on the third floor, which was reasonable, but the money I paid was double what I received in the end."

Quick check in. Great breakfast. Convenient location. Weather affected our stay so can't comment on all facilities but 24 hour reception staff always ready to help book trips, taxis etc.

Great place to stay.. we lucked out and got the best view / room on the property A105.. right on the beach .. 10 steps from the sand and 35 from the water.. ice outside patio to sit.. we enjoyed the bread eat each morning for a nominal $8/ day room charge.. can rent nice scooter right on site and no $5000 baht deposit like other times we rented..
booked 3 nights and end up staying 7 nights…
Listening to the waves every night was sure nice.. very quiet resort and nice beach area and can walk for 20 minutes easy both directions.. very close walk 5 minutes .. to Lamai night market .. amazing food and wide variety.. opens each day at 5

We loved this resort. The staff were incredible, the rooms lovely, food and service amazing and the beach area was perfect. Location excellent and 1min to main drag where all the bars and restaurants are, and 30sec to incredible beach. Cant beat it! Pool area good too!

The Lamai Coconut Beach Resort was a pleasant surprise.
We originally booked one week but realized we didn’t want to leave on the fifth day and extended our stay for a month. The staff is excellent the restaurant has great food at extremely reasonable prices and the happy hour from
5-7 is also excellent. Try the passion fruit Margarita and enjoy Lamai.

Hotel was ok. Rooms very clean. Big room with big bed and sea view. Very close to the beach. Staff were very friend and competent. Not a huge choice for breakfast but adequate. Hotel is about one minute from the road. But to get to it from the hotel you walk past a rundown hotel which is closed down and falling to bits. Not a good sight to greet you. Taxis are expensive anywhere that’s to be expected on an island. Lots of shops , restaurants and bars very near by. Can book all excursions in reception. Well woth going on the trips. All in all not a bad hotel
