Staff was very accommodating and friendly,rooms were nice and clean. Very good location,close to everything going on,Jung Ceylon Mall,beach, Bangla strip, restaurants and massage great experience!!

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and very close to Bangla (walking street) and Patong beach. 7/11 across the road.
Rooms are equipped with hair dryers, fridge and good A/C.
Printing facilities in the lobby with friendly staff to help you.
This is a good 3 star room.

Renovationsbedürftig. Musste das Zimmer wechseln. Weil es komisch roch. Das andere war auch nicht besser.
Klima funktionierte nicht richtig. Alle Möbel veraltet. Der Bettbezug wurde gewechselt, hatte aber flecken. Badezimmer eine Katasrophe. Die Badewanne hatte flecken. Der Ventilator oberhalb der Badewanne hatte schimmel und Staub. Beim baden immer mehrere Minuten gebraucht, dass die Temperatur stimmt. Konnte mit dem Bügeleissen im Zimmer nichts anfangen. Sehr verkalkt. Die Vorhänge im Zimmer hatten flecken. Die Holzverkleidung in den Zimmer abgenutzt. Die Balkontüre konnte man nicht dicht verschliessen. Die Geräusche vo der sehr befahreren Strasse konnte man gut hören. Dementsprechend schlecht schlafen. Auf dem Balkon standen bei mir 2 Klimaanlagen. Konnte nur noch einen kleinen Teil benutzen. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Beim Gang waren die Platten kaputt.
Fazit für mein Erlebis im Lamai. Eine Katasrophe. Bin 3 Tage vorher ausgeckt und in ein viel besseres Hotel gezogen. Dann fingen meine Ferien erst richtig an.
Eine Mitteilung an das Management. SCHLIESST DAS HOTEL!!! So macht man keine Urlauber glücklich.
