Our stay at the villa was wonderful. The actual villa was beautiful and in a quiet location. The pool was fantastic to swim in. Staff were polite and easy to communicate with. The breakfast was fresh & lovely. Or only suggestion is softer furnishings. The pool beds lacked cushions and were hard to relax on. Same with the living room couches.

This was a real hidden gem situated in a quiet area perfect for families. We stayed in a two bed villa with private pool and found the villa to be stunning, spacious and both bedrooms had their own en-suite which was handy. We stayed in August which I think is low season anyway but we did have someone staying in the villa next to ours but we never noticed them. It felt totally private due to the high walls surrounding our pool area or outdoor shower, which meant no one could look into the property and it felt really safe and relaxing. Majority of staff speak limited English but I got around this issue by using Google translate. You need to order breakfast by 9pm the night before and we found the choices a little strange. We stayed a week but only had breakfast once and they gave enormous portions plus extra fruit and cereal for the kids, which was very thoughtful, but the cooked breakfast wasn’t really to our taste. A couple of minor issues, we found the beds to be very hard, but they provide mattress covers presumably to overcome this issue and also we had 3 tvs in our villa but we couldn’t get any of them to work. I’m sure this could have been resolved if we had told the staff but it wasn’t a problem for us as we were out most of the time. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay here and found it excellent value for money.

The villas are poorly maintained, visible water damage and cracks in the ceiling and pool area. Couches are dirty/black and covered with a wrap. Two RATS inside our villa, along with many lizards both inside and around the property. There is NO BAR and NO BUFFET BREAKFAST available onsite. The listed amenities are a lie. We called to request breakfast and water, the manager told us it was his day off. We also asked for extra towels, and staff entered the villa WITHOUT KNOCKING. The LOCKS on the sliding doors in the living room and all three bedrooms to the pool and shower were BROKEN. There’s gaps on the sliding doors for rodents/pests to enter. The listing mentioned 24/7 security, the front gate was always left open and unmonitored, felt very unsafe. It was difficult to get a response from staff for any assistance.

Die Betten waren super hart und dementsprechend konnte man nicht gut schlafen. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war mega klein und die Unterkunft war eig für 4 Leute gebucht. Auf der Couch konnten aber nur 2 Leute gleichzeitig sitzen. Des Weiteren, war die Couch auch mega unbequem. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Man denkt man kann an Rühreier nichts falsch machen, aber das Essen hat komplett widerlich geschmeckt. Wir haben direkt am Anfang das Frühstück abbestellt, weil keiner es gegessen hat. Das einzig essbare waren die Toasts. Die Reinigung war auch nicht gut. Außer das man neue Handtücher bekommen hat wurde sonst nichts gemacht. Betten worden nur auf Anfrage neu bezogen und der Boden wurde nie richtig gereinigt. Wir haven sogar kaputte Handtücher bekommen, einfach nur unfassbar. Der Pool sollte definitiv mehr als nur 2 mal die Woche gereinigt werden, da sich viel dreck innerhalb kurzer Zeit ansammelt hat. Mit der Kommunikation gab es oft Probleme, da der Manager kaum englisch gesprochen hat und das Personal gar kein Englisch konnte. Das macht die ganze Kommunikation sehr schwierig. Wir waren gefühlt die einzigen Touristen auf dem Resort. Die Lage war auch sehr schlecht. Wir waren einfach 40 min vom Zentrum entfernt was sehr nervend war. Teilweise kannten viele Taxi Fahrer das Resort nicht oder meinten das es sehr weit ist. Was stimmt wir hatten immer Probleme ein Taxi zu finden welches uns nachhause gefahren hat. eine richtige Rezeption gab es auch nicht.
