The hotel is operated by a local family and the boss was very kind and helpful.
The room is clean and tidy, however, a stronger water from the shower would be appreciated.
The location is good, just right at the North Gate and you can also find food even in late night nearby.
And there is a live bar next door with nice music,

我住的房冷氣不冷，大體上ok。地點是古城區的邊邊，出入還算方便，老板還介紹當地吃渴玩樂的地方，還算不錯

在運河旁靠近北門的位置算相當方便，原本以為大馬路旁會很吵，但隔音還不錯，房務算可以，但Room1似乎有一些味道，要求特別清後有改善，沒有洗衣間，但有送洗服務，其實附近有較便宜的洗衣店，但需要自己去拿，會有點影響行程！店員人很和善，有問題都可協助！

由機場到酒店不用 20 分鐘, 附近有便利店及餐廳, 步行去 Sunday Night Market 很方便, 亦可以一併去 Herb Basics 入貨, 坐車出入 Nimman 區, Night Bazaar 亦非常方便, 酒店應是家庭形式服務, 故出入時都見長者門坐在前台休息, 他們亦很禮貌跟你打招呼及微笑, 打掃亦很清潔, 整體上都很滿意!

My friends and I have a great 3-day in Chiang Mai. Half of it is because of this little hotel by the canal. Such a cozy and convenient place. Great staff, so friendly and help us a lot. give us a lot of recommendation of interesting places and place to get delicious food.
I definitely recommend you to enjoy your trip in this hotel.
