Welcome to Live like a local in Ekkamai-1 min to BTS Ekkamai. It is a pleasure that we have a chance to host your stay in the city of Bangkok. I have some information to share with you about your self-check-in instructions. If you are taking a taxi to the apartment, this is the address in Thai. Kindly pass this to the taxi driver. 1353/3 ถนนสุขุมวิท แขวงพระโขนงเหนือ เขตวัฒนา ขับรถมาบนถนนสุขุมวิทมุ่งหน้าไปพระโขนง ผ่านวัดธาตุทองให้เตรียมเลี้ยวซ้ายในตรอก ข้างเซเว่นก่อนถึงโรงพยาบาลสุขุมวิท หน้าตรอกไม่มีชื่อ หัวมุมเป็นร้านขายพวงหรีด เลี้ยวซ้ายและเลี้ยวซ้ายอีกที หน้าบ้านมีระแนงสีดำ กล่องจดหมายสีแดง If you are taking BTS, please get off at BTS Ekamai station and take the exit 3 ( the same side as the temple). Once you are at the bottom of the station, walk along the road in the same direction as the traffic. You will pass 7-11 convenience store on your left side, then prepare to turn left in the alley before Sukhumvit Hospital. Walk into the alley and turn left again. The apartment is number 1353/3 on the red letterbox. Please follow this Google Map link to see the exact location of the apartment building. Place your palm on the black screen of the digital lock to activate the lock 2. The full screen with numbers 1-9 * # will appear. Press 2526* to unlock the door. The lock will open automatically. To close the door 1. Drag the sliding door to its frame. 2. Ensure the door and the door frame are touching one another. The locking system will be activated after 3 seconds .To open from inside -Press the button with the key sign and wait. The door will open automatically You can check-in at any time you wish on your check-in date. The room is already unlocked and the room key is on the wood table inside your room. I would like to inform you that we provide basic essential amenities for your local stay with us. We prepare 2 sets of towels for guests staying longer than 3 nights. We only provide shampoo, body wash, shower cap, cotton buds and sanitary bags. The welcome drinks in the fridge are complimentary for your arrival. We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the room. You can smoke on the balcony ( front and back). The ashtray is also provided for you. Please note that we have a strict rule of no outside guests allowed on the property. It will not be tolerated. This is mainly to safeguard the security of our staying guests. Your compliance is very much appreciated. The wifi network name is n.simchan and the password is bellbell ( this is also written on the key tag of your room) Please note that we have implemented safety and hygiene guidelines for the prevention of the Covid-19. Please ensure to regularly use the alcohol sanitiser located on the white shelf of the ground floor when entering the premises. Your room will be sprayed with disinfectant and antivirus spray before your arrival. To reduce unnecessary personal contact during your stay, we might not be around to socialise with our guests. A new set of towels and bedsheets will be placed in front of your room on day 7th. If you want us to change the bedsheets for you, I kindly ask that you communicate with me one day before. Our cleaning team will change new bedsheets in your room only after you vacate the room 12 hours before.
