The hotel is very beautiful and grand, the lobby is great for chilling out and taking photos! The room was a good size for three people and we had a pool view balcony. However the staff only ever stocked the room with towels and water for two people, which became a daily annoyance of having to request extra things. The staff were not very helpful, instead of helping book taxis and not getting scammed as tourists, it seemed they were part of the scam.

sehr schönes Zimmer und riesiger Pool, sehr laut auf den Fluren durch Gäste und Reinigungspersonal, für ein Upgrade ins oberste Stockwerk wurde mir von der Rezeption zuviel berechnet ( das doppelte, was Hotels.com für dasselbe Zimmer (Dreibett) verlangt hätte), das ist eine Frechheit.

Tolle Anlage und tolles Zimmer, bedingt durch die vielen Reisegruppen zweitweise ziemlich laut

Eigentlich sehr schönes Hotel, aber bis spät abends sehr laut in den Fluren und vom Nachbarzimmer, am Pool, etc., Frühstücksbüffet ist um 9 Uhr grösstenteils weggefuttert und kalt, obwohl eigentlich bis 10 Uhr geöffnet, es werden keine frischen Eiergerichte zubereitet, ziemlich enttäuschend für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Positiv der riesige Pool und bequeme Betten

Hôtel récent, confortable, propreté irréprochable avec un staff très sympathique. Pour le breakfast un choix varié et de qualité. Très près du centre ville et des activités nocturnes. Rapport qualité prix intéressant. J'apprécie cet hôtel qui malgré sa taille et fréquentation par de nombreux groupes garde un accueil chaleureux.. Séjour plaisant à Pattaya.

تجربه جميله في الفندق ولاكن بعده عن الاسواق مشكله لاكن الفندق جميل ونظيف وانا العربي الوحيد الي كنت فيه باقي النزلاء من الصين الافطار كان مخصص للنزلاء الصينين لم ياخذوا بعين الاعتبار انه يوجد نزلاء أخريين من جنسيات اخرى

Swimming pool too small and crowded with Chinese tour group.

These hotels are newly build for tour trips from other countries. Meaning they have deals with travel agency and provide tourist a cheap place to stay, satisfying both hotel owners and travel agencies. It is not close to the beach unless you want to walk a good 20-30 minutes in hot weather to the beach. I asked the hostess to call us a cab to the beach and without a flinch she quoted me 400 baht.. I learn at a later time it cost roughly 37 baht according to the quote in a cab. I thought hotel were suppose to help tourist and not rip them off, after all they're already making money off the stay. *Warning* locals work together, they're not at your best interest, which I don't blame them. Book on the strip!

- Busy hotels with loud chinese tourists. + Nice breakfast. + fancy room

Out of the way it seems to cater for Japanese tours. Buses would arrive on evening and they would leave following morning. No bar only a fridge in reception also no pool bar or any food served through day.
