Staff fantastic,
Beds firm but no problem with that,
Hotel a little dated but offers good space and value,
Baht bus starts outside so convenient.
Water pressure good, hot water good.
No Netflix on tv so bring your own smart stick.
Good value restaurants especially ‘Tis’ best eggs ever 😁

Front desk staff and porter were not too friendly but helpful when asked. Housekeepers and other staff were very happy and ready to assist. Housekeepers do a great job cleaning rooms and providing room items (water, shampoo, coffee, etc.) when we declined room cleaning on certain days. This hotel is dated and getting a bit old, but we already know this and it’s fine because we like the big rooms with separate bedroom, full kitchen, living room and full bath with shower and tub.

All services and facilities provided by the hotel including buffet breakfast, swimming pool, sauna, wifi, room cleaning services are excellent! Staffs are courteous and helpful.
The only one thing I feel unsatisfactory is the double bed, which is too soft and when you move on it, some noise from spring will come out !

房有很多螞蟻,露台玻璃門鎖不上,要修理两次,保管箱用不著,大樓冇人看管,出入自如,本人看圖片所訂的不同,特价冇講明住的是另一憧, 因臨時有朋友一起到芭提雅,她說免得興我們同房,去租靠平旅館,,,,職員以疑犯看待.....後因朋友住吾果啲旅館過來住我都有加床.....我地明知你們看管不力...要騙你們都唔會加床啦.......其實以咁ｏ既價錢住呢間真的不值....皇宮好過你地......我住返LK萬麗好過......好差好差

這家hotel有兩憧, 主樓是有泳池&Gym, 房間比預期中好.但廁所沖涼就有點怪, 是有浴屏或浴缸. 廁所有機會比花曬水整濕.早餐都一般. 可接受.

廁所非常髒,根本沒清洗,請飯店人員來清洗後,才乾淨.
但,另外一間房間的廁所,清洗過了,但味道仍臭的不得了.

Great place to stay, room was excellent. Staff are fantastic. Only thing i could say that needs change, would be the bed, very firm. Other than that. Zero problems with hotel or room. Will stay again.
