Ok budget hotel. Great location for the price.

the staff where about the best I have ever come across. they could not do enough for you the rooms were very clean. food was good and good value. there is no view but for were it is who cares.

it's very convenience area

This hotel is located by the Nana plaza. If you are a solo traveler and you want to be at the middle of all the action, this is the hotel for you. The bed was comfortable, no noise at all for me. This will be my place each visit to Bangkok.

Very convenient for anything you need. Everyone from doorman, desk, restaurant and housekeeping was extremely polite, helpful and pleasant. Two things I personally liked best was in room safe and a actual bidet on toilet.

Confortable stay in a location right in the middle of all the action.

Staff was extremely nice and friendly couldn’t ask for better service, my only issue is I think the showers need a bit more detail and upgrades base and molded corners of the shower also need to replace shower curtains

I really liked this place. The staff was friendly and even went out of their way to help me when I got food poisoning. The only real downside to the property was that there was no in-house laundry service. Having to lug my dirty clothes a block to get them cleaned then back again the next day was a pain in the butt. Maybe the owners should consider a contract laundry service company in the future. Other than that it was great.

2nd time using this hotel. It’s reasonably priced and I had a quiet room this time. Will probably stay again when I’m fortunate enough to return to Bangkok

Easy to get to and lots of entertainment and shopping just outside the front door

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great. The hotel itself, unfortunately is extremely depressing! There is NO noise insulation and with terrible noise from the adjacent street, you feel like you are sitting outside on the street. You can also hear everything from adjacent rooms. There is no ventilation in the rooms. If the air con is not on all the time, you really feel suffocated. The worst thing about this hotel is insect infestation! I found little roaches on my bed, on the walls as well as in the bathroom. You have been warned: Steer clear of this hotel!

Great location and friendly staff

My room this time was on the back side, next to bars. Boom, shakala boom all night, until 3am. Hot water heater failed twice.
