Lovely place!

Das Resort ist gut gelegen, etwas nördlich und deshalb nur wenig von Tagestouristen betroffen. Der Strand ist sauber, es hat genügend Liegen für die Gäste. Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr bis 10 Uhr. Entsprechend wollen viele auf einmal, und dafür ist die Infrastruktur nicht ausgelegt. Eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Toster für alle Hotelgäste. Die Tische werden sehr spärlich abgeräumt und beim Anstehen für die Eierspeisen (was etwas länger dauert), wurde abgeräumt und der Tisch von neuen Gästen besetzt. Bei einem 5-Sterne Hotel erwarten wir, dass Besteck und Servietten nicht selber aufgetischt werden müssen. Pizza nicht zu empfehlen, ansonsten ist das Essen OK. Die Zimmer sind gross, aber riechen zeitweise nach Abfluss. Das Hotel wurde darüber informiert, aber keine Rückmeldung oder Verbesserung der Situation.

Great stay with excellent staff. The hotel room was clean and had what you needed. I wish I could have stayed longer to have a great experience and feel the tranquility and relaxation. For folks who want to rejuvenate and recharge, this is the place without having to do much activity.

Nice rooms, with comfortable beds and ac. Great place to stay on the island. Compliments to the bar manager who helped us with travel arrangements when the reception manager didn't show up after 8:30am

Well. The staff is very friendly, BUT the complete lack of basic english understanding and management, it getting really messy. In the resturant, there is just a few customers, but even 6 staff and no one knows what to do, server wrong food and even forget orders.

Excellent resort and island. The food at this resort was the best of several that we tried. Prices are reasonable. Staff are great. The island of Koh Kradan is spectacular. Beach is lovely and one can swim to the reef for snorkeling. No entertainment, a plus for us but maybe not for others.

Zustand der Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Umgebung lieblos und oft sehr dreckig, Standard der Zimmer ist tief (zum Beispiel kein Warmwasser). Bilder des Resort sind stark geschönigt. Es mangelt an allen Ecken. Ruhige Lage, gut zum baden (Strand ist dreckig und wird nicht gereingt). Grosse Bäder. Thai-Essen ist gut. Gratis SUP und Kayak. Personal ist freundlich, aber schlecht geschult.

This is a slice of paradise. If you want a beach experience on an island with no roads, cars, motorcycles or noise, this is your place. The resort makes transportation simple. They will arrange a van to pick you up at Trang Airport to take you to the pier - takes about an hour. From there it's a 25 minute speed boat ride to the resort. Their restaurant is right on the beach - smoothies, great pizza, good Thai food, mixed drinks, you name it. We loved all of it!

Ett oerhört fint ställe på en fantastisk ö, här finns allt man behöver för total avkoppling och ro. Jättefina bungalows precis vid strandkanten, vacker miljö, oerhört trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Allt var perfekt, tes hit för en underbar upplevelse.

Fantastiskt boende, läget är underbart längst bort på stranden. Rogivande och som att bo i ett paradis. Fantastiska rum, med direkt anslutning till stranden. Välstädat, fantastisk personal. Vill återvända igen och igen!

Very clean and spacious bungalows with everything you need. Perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast a the neighboor restaurant is ok, but for the money it could be a whole lot better.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. The bungalows open directly onto the beach, just feet from the door. The rooms are brand new and extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are marble with a full-wall mirror, a powerful shower, and an altogether modern feel. The TV -- also new -- connects to Netflix, Spotify, and a host of other apps; I didn't spend my days in front of the TV, but it was nice to be able to curl up after a day of snorkeling and lounging in the sun. All-in-all, the bungalow was absolutely perfect. So was the service. Unlike many resorts, Mali Koh Kraden doesn't nickel and dime. They provided snorkels, kayaks, lounge chairs...everything you'd want and for no additional charge. Instead of cramming bungalows right next to one another, the hotel owners left a good amount of space between them (which they filled with plants and other greenery). Not only did this make for more privacy, it also preserved the tropical feel I expected from the island. The hotel was clearly designed by someone who cares about the quality of the guest experience and understands that a good hotel reflects the island rather than imposing on it. I stayed for seven nights. It was far too short. The next time I come to Thailand, I'll make make a bee-line for Mali Koh Kraden. It was without question one of the best hotels I've visited in years, and I look forward to many more visits in the future. A thousand thanks to the hotel and its staff for ensuring such a wonderful visit.

Absolutely Amazing! Summary words are modern, tranquil, clean, excellent wifi, friendly, wonderful views, great reefs, beach and activities for all ages. A new resort that we didn't want to leave and the best on the island! We enjoyed it so much that we cancelled our booking at another resort, left early and returned to Mali Kradan for a 2nd time within a few days! It became our Oasis! The owner, housekeeping, reception/bar, porter and transportation team were all amazing, kind and hospitable. Rooms are very clean, spacious and inviting. The patio, lounge and bedroom area invites you to explore all 3 areas at different parts of the day depending on what interests you and/or your partner, whether you're inside relaxing or outside doing the same. Bathrooms are very clean and large. They fortunately do not suffer from sewage smells like so many other resorts in Thailand. The grounds are well manicured and treated, the beach a few steps away and the views amazing. The dogs are so calm, nice and soothing! The reefs in front of the hotel are amazing and whether at low or high tide, you can kayak, snorkel, wade or just lounge in the water. From emails arranging our transportation to and from the airport or intra-island, to enjoying the hotel and all of its inclusive activities, or whether having drinks from the bar, the owner and his team did a wonderful job with this resort and maintaining its appeal. Book. You won't regret it! Thanks for an amazing stay.
