Love this hotel. Very quiet with very convenience location, less than 5 mins walk to Kota beach and other resturants.
Room is nice with kitchen, so we went to buy seafood from local market (20 mins walk) and cook.
Hotel provide in-room breakfast but I will suggest to take that in their resturant

The hotel room is spacious! There is a private swimming pool and a huge size living room with private kitchen. The staff will come to your room and prepare breakfast for you, you can fully enjoy privacy in your room. The location is convenient, there are many stalls for clothes or food and massage centres locate right outside the hotel. The staffs are nice and helpful, but their English proficiency is not very good. Still, a simple level of communication is okay. I will come back to this hotel if I go to Phuket again. But there is another hotel with similar pronunciation, it is called 'Paresa', my taxi driver mixed up two hotels and he drove us to the wrong one at first. We had to find another taxi and sent us back to the correct one. So please, make sure the driver knows the exact location of this hotel before getting on it. Paresa and Malisa locate in two different zone which takes at least 30 minutes to go between.

先说好的：酒店位置不错，出门全是吃的，Texi和tutu车司机就喜欢在酒店门口的巷子口等活儿。酒店服务很好，早餐是定制的，还可以上门烹制，最晚能到11点。屋内有mini imac，按摩浴缸。
不好的：脑海中就被一个场景毁了，那个按摩浴缸估计很久没人用了，放满水，一按开关，喷出无数虫子尸体~此情此景，哎~~~~~还好人没泡在水里。
villa的通病，蚊子多，屋里会有青蛙和壁虎光顾，胆小的女生要仔细考虑哦~不过这也是说明环境好。泳池比较小，泡着玩够用了。

超级差的一个酒店！预定的豪华套房，房间里面竟然没有热水供应，喊服务生喊了好几次才来检修，结论是：管道坏了，得修理。请问一下你们在客人入住之前为什么不检修？！然后，安排我们去的另外一套别墅洗的热水澡，我和丈夫穿着睡衣，冒着倾盆大雨，又折腾到另外一套别墅洗澡。我们夜晚22：00喊的服务生，凌晨2：00才洗上的热水澡，此过程持续了4个小时，恰巧那天还大雨倾盆，寒冷、气愤、疲惫！凌晨2：00多回到我们的房间，只有水龙头和淋浴有热水，浴缸还是没有热水，本来想游玩了一天，舒舒服服的泡个热水澡，没想到却遭遇了如此！总而言之，我只想说：这是我生平住过的最差的、最让人气愤和失望的一个酒店！

We wait for around 4 hours for their staff t fix the heater. And we ask for changing a new Villa, they said no empty room we can shift to...i cant believe they didnt get a spare room for guest to shift in.

这个带泳池的别墅酒店就在kata beach的边上，不靠海，但走过去不到5分钟。每个别墅里都有一个小泳池，很适合带小孩子的家庭。kata beach本身也非常适合带宝宝的家庭，海很好，特别是沙滩很干净，也没有什么贝壳，不扎脚。酒店的服务也还不错，只是有点不爽，我们一共住了4天，最后一天因为飞机时间的原因想多付半天房费延到6点退房，就这半天房费的价钱，我们前后问了3次，三个大堂经理说了三个价钱，最后一个说的价钱已经是一天房费的三分之二了，她还非说肯定是我听错了，幸好前一天的负责人说的时候我让她把价钱写下来了。真是不靠谱。所以大家在有关价钱问题的时候一定要他们写下来！！

très sympa . personnel 5/5 . la villa supérieure et très intimiste et j'ai trouvé la piscine plus grande que sur les photos donc génial. les cocktails sont bon la nourriture aussi. vous êtes a côté de tout le nécessaire dans le calme . nous n'avions pas de voisins car low Saison donc a voire en haute Saison.
