Fair good , management good ,step by step

整體都好滿意，但因同層住客深夜及清晨嘈吵令至不能安睡

性价比很高，泳池等配套设施齐全，就是室外空调声音有点大

位置很便利 就是安排的房间在2楼 临马路 有点吵 7楼的无边泳池不错

Excellent !!! Very Nice Pool and its view

七楼的无边泳池让人难忘，仿佛与不远的海滩连成一片。靠街的大床房有小阳台，但略吵，好在晚上12点后就好很多了，不影响休息。内部的大床房没有阳台，但面积大。唯一不适应的是空调是中央空调，在床的正上方，四面出风，往哪边睡都直吹。

离巴东中心地区有点远，走路到江西冷十五分钟吧，冲着无边泳池去的，结果只有早上8点-10点开放，住了两天，一天出海一天去PP都是早上8点出发，连泳池的面都没见过。除开泳池的话，酒店很一般，前台态度不好，房间设施老旧

酒店位置很好，但酒店设施不怎么样，特别是洗脸盆，手在水龙头下面都转不过弯，毛巾根本放不下去，在酒店的2天我早上都没有用毛巾洗脸，房间的空调就在床上面对着人吹，调到最高温度还是很冷，我们住的是对着马路的房间，非常吵！！ 在我看来酒店可取的地方除了顶楼泳池和位置还比较方便外，其他都不怎么样，也许是我太挑剔了，以后去泰国绝对不会住这家酒店了！

离海滩和江西冷都很近，楼顶游泳池可以看到无敌海景，很美～～酒店工作人员会说一些中文，挺有趣

A smaller hotel in Patong which is only a few minutes walk to OTOP bars and shopping and 10 minutes walk to Patong beach and 15 minutes to the popular Bangla road. The staff at the hotel are amazing and nothing is any trouble.

Bedroom with balcony get noisy too loud everyday Internet connected nor good.

It’s an ordinary hotel, it is in the centre of Phuket Patong,10 minutes walk to bangla Road and 10 minutes walk to the beach. You can hear a lot of noise from outside so sleeping can be an issue at night and it’s a run down hotel where it needs a bit of refurbishing.

Someone designed a wonderful rooftop pool and then ran out of money to properly design the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was minimal

Only 1 trouble - I am older and not agile, and I could not get into the pool easily. Once I was in the pool, I could not get out - someone had to help me. It was difficult and embarrassing. The stairs are too far apart however the staff told me they will be renovating the pool soon. Everything else was wonderful and the staff certainly looked after me very carefully. Thank you for a great stay!

Le soir trop de bruit sur la route les scooters les touktouk music à fond il faudrait du double vitrage impossible de dormir

Ayant séjourné dans cette hôtel , il y a quelques année , je regrette qu’il est en train de se délabrer faute d’entretien. Les chaises longues au tour la piscine font horriblement mal , tellement le tissu est usé. Le bar est fermé, seul un employé passe de temps en temps et parfois demandé si nous souhaitons un verre . L’avant dernier jour, le service en chambre n’a pas été fait , nous l’avons signalé, on nous a dit qu’on allait envoyé quelqu’un, on attend encore 😡. Les chambres côté rue sont trop bruyantes, insonorisation nulle . La piscine sur le toit reste un top , la vue y est magnifique !

The pool, location and staff are amazing. It’s low key and very relaxing. A smaller hotel with less guests making it much more relaxing and chilled.

Kiva pikku hotelli jossa palvelu toimii. Huoneet siistejä ja pyyhkeitäkin oli 4 kpl. Mukava pienehkö uimallas katolla kaunilla näköalalla. Hotellin ravintolan ruoka oli maittavaa ja hintalaatusuhde hyvä.
