Good hotel. Room is modern, new and have all the facilities. The location is ok. It’s not in the center of patong but is walking distance to the beach and shops.

This property had everything I needed, really close distance to everything in Patong. Clean enough and 24hr reception. They’d clean my room daily. The receptionists were also very helpful with suggestions for transport and things to do. Would recommend!

Good location, it was difficult to sleep in a hard, broken bed.

Clean. Quiet. It has elevator. Hot water and cold AC. The staff are nice and very trustworthy people. Highly recommended. 😊

Perfect little hotel in the heart of Patong, within walking distance of all the main attractions patong has to offer. The hotel itself is tucked away from the main nightlife which is perfect for when you're trying to sleep, or relax in your room. I can't stress enough how friendly and helpful the staff are, going out of their way to help you book anything you may need during your stay. Can't recommend this place enough.

Friendly owner defenitely recommended. Good for couple or single travelers. Near to most of what Patong have to offer. Very convinent location. Rental of motorbike at your door step.

Mi peor estancia en Tailandia. No comprendo como este hotel tiene una puntuación tan alta. Sabanas, baño sucio. Olor a alcantarilla inclusive se metían los zancudos por ahí aún teniendo ventanas cerradas y aire condicionado. Lejos del centro y en zona muy solitaria.

Piccolo hotel, dal di fuori sembra un condominio, ma all'interno è veramente accogliente, poi il personale è veramente fantastico. Mi sono sentito come a casa.

Wir waren 1 Monat im Memory Boutique und sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Der Service war absolut top, egal ob man ein anderes Kissen haben wollte oder kleinere Handtücher, es hat alles bestens funktioniert. Die Zimmer selber waren auch sauber, aber wenn man ganz genau hinschaut ist da noch Luft nach oben z.B. in den Schränken oder gelegentlich das Waschbecken. Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 50m von einer gut befahrenen Straße entfernt, die man dank der lauten Roller zu jeder Zeit akustisch wahr nimmt.

Quiet spacious secure hotel away from the noisy street yet easily walkable to all of patong. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lobby and restaurant decor very appealing and relaxing. Very handy to shops and markets. Highly recommend

Pas trop cher, bien situé (pas trop loin de la plage et près des attractions). Personnel très gentil et bons déjeuners.

1. They don’t even give complimentary water bottles. That’s very cheap practice. Specially when we booked them at a higher price compared to what they were offering to walk in guests. 2. Only electric kettle in the room, you need to buy your own coffee/tea. Another cheap practice. 3. There were ants in the room. 4. Room size is smaller compared to other rooms available in the same price. 5. Bathroom shower shoots sharp water jet, not a relaxing experience. 6. Airconditioner is old and blower makes noise. 7. Location is okay. 8. Best place to eat nearby is Ancino restaurant. 9. Also, doesn’t make sense to book tours from them as cheaper options are available in the market. 10. Owner is nice guy, and the reception area is cozy.
