飯店設備有點老舊，乾淨度夠，空間寬敞

Good response from manager on queries. Old building that require refurnishment and cleanup. I can see some bugs like creature in the bathroom.... The worst thing is the noisy tour that came in every night. Also the breakfast is poor. Pre-cooked egg and so called "Chinese" food. And the coffee machine need real coffee rather than powder. Chocolate for kids is good though. Swimming pool is good but better have another kids pool just for kids. The location is good, easy access to the old city and the airport.

住了两星期, 酒店硬件不錯, 床很舒適。位置有點偏, 但附近有超市,沙拉店, 市場等, 而且價格便宜, 適合任久ㄧ點的旅容。只是在清潔方面不是很到位。

設施太舊，短暫停留一晚可考慮

整體來說，這個價錢，這間酒店算是不錯了。要求高的不要選這間，budget有限的話，這算是不錯的選擇。 泳池很細，早餐選擇不多。床很大，但不算舒服。這價錢實在不能要求太高。

Because it is not within the downtown, the hotel is not crowded. It is value for money.

地理環境ok，白天附近有個市場，裡面有許多便宜好吃的小吃值得一嚐。 晚上附近也有北門夜市，走路約15~20分鐘內就可以到鼎鼎大名的鳳飛飛豬腳飯(白象豬腳飯)， 房間大致上乾淨整潔，床很大，採光明亮。 大致上都很滿意，適合帶長輩來住， 年輕人的話就不一定，因為清邁太多旅館可以選擇了... 用優惠的價錢訂到我覺得滿值得的!!

酒店位置離古城有些距離，要去大街才有長條車乘搭，但附近有間大型超市，購買必需品非常方便。但部分酒店服務員英文不佳，未能解釋電梯為何只能戴4人(電梯內標示可戴13人)。其中一間房間熱水不足及水流較慢，亦未能為我們解決。

1.房間的床很大，2名大人+2名小孩睡還有很大的空間 2.水龍頭冷水不易調整，稍微轉一下水變很大 3.房間的空間很大，活動空間充份 4.鑰匙是傳統的，不是晶片或卡片

Comfortable room but inconvenience position

1) Staff and frontline desk: Frontline staff are friendly, polite and helpful. I asked them to translate some words from English to Thai and they were happy to do so. I appreciate it! So far all staff I met in this hotel are excellent! 2) Housekeeping: Not bad. It would be perfect if they can pay more attention on the floor. Sometimes the floor is dirty. 3) Hotel Room: If the shower area can install a door or put on a shower curtain, it will prevent the washroom getting all wet. 4) Location: Not a very good location but it's acceptable. Sometimes I find it hard to find a tuk tuk or transportation nearby the hotel.

非常糟糕的体验 与预定不符的重要两项：无免费WIFI和室内保险箱。 入住时前台始终坚持WIFI需要付费，怎么给她展示HOTELS.CN的订单和解释都不管用，就是坚持不包括WIFI费用，200B/天必须的。我去！出去7-11买了AIS 3G流量卡，50B/天。当时给HOTELS.CN发邮件投诉，第二天HOTELS回复说预定价格已含WIFI，预定部门会协调前台提供WIFI。但直至退房，也没人搭理，我很想问问：如此怠慢客人，是因为我拿着中国护照吗？

Clean and convinence Staff were so nice to answer my questions Have sufttle bus to night market.

Nice supermarket near the hotel, but it is a bit far away from the night braza. Hotel provide free shuttle to night braza. Nice Price , hotel is a bit old & room is big.

職員友善、專業，服務態度好！地方整潔！房間內床舒適，浴室清潔！出門口，右邊就是超市，步行1分鐘也不用！左邊就是市場。乘車到其他地方也十分方便。

valuable, luckily free upgrade, bed comfortable for good sleep, not convenient for late flight (only 1 hr more for late check out)

swimming poo is not goodl because lack of maintainence.

Overall - Satisfy. Value for money spent. Water for shower is not good enough. The running water is weak. However, Staff are friendly and helpful. Within one minutes, transportation being arranged. Breakfast is just 'ok'. Swimming facility available. Supermarket is next door, very convenient. Walking distance to old city.

Mercure exceeds my expectation in general. Good: 1. good location and easy to get access around the city with taxi / tutu. Most drivers know where the hotel is. it took about 20 mins from the airport and costs 220 Baht for a big taxi 2. Walk about 2 mins left of the main road, you will see a local wet market (offer fruits, vegetable, curry sauce etc) with local hawker food stalls which offer delicious Thai food. 3. Walk about 4 mins right of the hotel (not main road) you will see a All-you-can-eat hot pot outdoor place (179 baht / person) for dinner. 4. Tops supermarket is right next to the hotel. 5. Rooms are clean and big, can open windows for fresh airs. 5. Wifi is stable. 6. Pool is on 3/F so if you stay on 3/F, your door can be very close to the pool and the pool size is reasonable but water is too cold to swim in Feb. Bad: Door sound proof is not so good. Many China mainland tourists.
