We really enjoyed our stay here, it has everything for a quick stop. It has a really good atmosphere with all the local people. The rooms are very clean and we had a good sleep there. We definitely would book it again.

We arrived quite late around 23:00, even though it's stated that Reception was only available until 20:00, there was still a staff there, so we could check in without any problems. We did call in advance, but the guy thought us to be walk-in guests without asking any information, so not sure whether he was waiting for us, or it was just their 24/7 reception. He didn't speak English though, luckily, we had Google translate.
The room is newly built, so everything is in good condition, except for the hard mattress and pillows. The guesthouse is quite far, approximately 3km away from what-seem-to-be the center of the town. We just need a place for the night before heading to Mae Hong Son and we have our bike, so it's no big deal though. It's clean, so it's good enough.
