The hotel is old but the staff service is good

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction following my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, several issues significantly affected the quality of my experience: 1. Unpleasant Odor: There was a foul smell in the room, resembling sewage, which made it very uncomfortable. 2. Water Leak from the Fridge: The refrigerator leaked water, causing further inconvenience. 3. Flooding Due to Rain: After it rained, my room flooded, damaging my luggage and clothing. 4. Stains on Bedding: The sheets and towels were stained with what appeared to be blood and brownish marks, which was highly unsanitary. 5. Defective Wardrobe: The wardrobes were not functioning properly, and unfortunately, I injured my finger while trying to use them. These issues were extremely disappointing and ruined what should have been a relaxing stay. It was unacceptable for any hotel of this “standing”.

有時沒有自來水供應, 有都是很弱 早餐不錯, 泊車場很大 沒有牙膏牙刷供應 近沙灘及市區很方便 24小時服務 游水池太細

酒店對面就是芭東海灘! 可以看到海景，吹到海風，感覺舒服! 方便去海灘玩完回酒店沖洗; 附近亦有便利店及餐廳， 地點位置算方便; 住了4日(Junior Suite With Jacuzzi)， 感覺可進一步裝修便更好， 整體感覺舒適， 但設備有點舊的感覺， 沖涼水壓有點不夠， 建議沖熱水涼前，先調教熱水爐之強弱，不然會太熱或太冷， 因這次所租的房間有噴水缸，可以放鬆心情浸浴，噴水效果也不錯! 另外 建議酒店可增設曬衫設備(曬衣架) 早餐簡約，但可以飽肚， 也有些是素食者可食的

現代的位置比較偏僻，我們一進門發現房間是充滿油漆味，十分惡臭。而且設計是很多鏡子，在晚上是十分恐怖。 房間的整齊程度是十分差，例如：床單有污積，洗手盤有一粒粒的污染物（類似沙），最大的問題是洗澡的擺放位置（金屬架）是生銹的，導致我們的衣服都有鐵銹的污積。 在房間的設施上，沖涼是一直都是沖冷水，雖然叫工作人員跟進，但是都一直提供冷水，並沒有熱水提供。 所以勸告大家不要比錢買難受。

Very close to Patong Beach, just 1 min walking distance. The staffs are very nice. The shower system was not able to switch to handle one in day 1, appreciate that it can be fixed in next day morning. The pool is only avaliable for pool access room which is not expected. Bit noisy at night as there are bar nearby with band music. If you are looking for convenient & comfortable place, you can choose this. If you are looking for grand & gorgeous design, please choose other.

Construction just beside. Starts drilling constantly from 10-4 every day. Lots of noise from street. Had room not facing street, but instead smell from food preparation and ventilators - also much noise. Never used the balcony but kept window/door closed. Not to recommend to any.

Det var helt vildt dårligt, man må sige billeder er taknemmelige det var utrolig slidt det hele og meget beskidt, morgen maden var ikke noget man havde lyst til at spise, så alt i alt en utrolig dårlig oplevelse

Ser nesten ikke sjøen. Mange trær som tar all utsikt. Ikke verdt å betale for tom med sjøutsikt.

The noise from the renovations in the next building was horrible ...from morning till evening every day! The lift was so unreliable. We were left like stranded on the floor waiting for the lift which did not move up for ages - literally ages. Sometimes the lift worked normally,of course. And we did not have the option of taking the staircase as it was sealed. Imagine what would happen in an emergency like a fire! And when we approached the staff at the reception, the reply was "oh, the lift is working!" The bedsheet was stained but not changed. There were small cockroaches in the room, too. Overall, our group of 8 were not impressed at all. I normally give good reviews to all the places I've been to....and I travel practically every month on holidays. This hotel was just not somewhere I would recommend to anyone! The noise factor was the worst. Imagine you're on a holiday and you can't sleep in coz of the drilling and hacking from morning till evening! Saving grace was that there were restaurants nearby and the beach was just across the road.

Zona colazione fatiscente e sporca con cibo di qualità e igiene scarsa. Stanza piccola ma abbastanza pulita. Rumori assordanti durante il giorno fino a tardi per lavori di ristrutturazione al primo piano. Comoda e vicinissima alla spiaggia

The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Always had a smile on thier face. Booking for tours at the doorstep, the one down towards the corner was very helpful with our day trip. Lots of food and shopping near by with the beach just across the road.

Shops were nearby, as soon as you walk out the front to be honest, we opted for no beach view, was quiet, nice stay. Some cinstruction during the day that did not bother us as we were out.

This proprty is in shambles with mold all around he property. Dains do not drain properly and water has yellow tint to it. This unerving as it is what we showered in. The constructio that is going on next to the hotel is a jackhammer loud noise that runs from early am well into the night. The pool is layered in algea and not very clean. Rust seen everywhere. They also ask that if customers give them a good all star rating then they would give customers 2 beers. So do not believe the reviews.

The room was not of the quality that was advertised and especially for the money charged. The bed is like sleeping on the floor (very hard) then shower is very small and cramped. Breakfast is subpar and definitely would not suggest having it every day

Grösztenteıls sehr nettes personal, das hotel wurde ım oktober frısch renovıert. Es gıbt leıder lange wartezeıten beım aufzug . Wır hatten trotzdem eınen schönen urlaub😊
