Mountain Beach Hotel

this is the worse hotel i ever checked in. The facility of this hotel is too old, which does not appear "similar" on the website. The room appeared to be very "vintage" and doesnt even have a safty box. Me and my friend was planing to stay there for 2 nights, but after went into the room we have changed our mind immediately and booked another hotel and checked out within an hour. The staff feel like already used to this kind of situation, but the hotel did nothing to imporive at all. What wonder us the most is why this hotel had been rated for 3 and half star? its not worth it at all.

フライトの関係で、ホテルの到着がAM3:00になりました。カウンターは12:00にクローズすると、書いてありましたが、対応して頂き大変感謝しております。 しかし、予約内容は朝食付きで予約してたのですが、朝の事務処理が出来ない関係か、支払いを求めて来ました。説明しに行った所、納得していただき、次の日からは大丈夫でした。 最終、チェックアウト時に1日目の食事代の支払いを求められ、大変ショックでした。 対応していただスタッフさんには、少し申し訳無く思いますが 部屋も古さを感じるため、この評価になりました。

The pool and the staff were the only good thing about this hotel. Rooms are very poor wifi, no hot shower. The beds are uncomfortable but i did like their pillow lol.

スタッフの方は皆さんとても親切でした。 窓から横を見るとエアコンのダクトに蜘蛛の巣、鳥の羽が沢山ついて居て少し気持ち悪かったのとシャワーの水圧が悪かったのが残念でした。

Expedia should not advertise this property. I was in two different rooms. Bugs in the bed and flying bugs. I bought spray but no help. I was bitten everywhere on my body and some pics I cannot post where the bites are. I told Housekeeping twice about the bugs and no response. Then I also reported about there was no hot water twice. The maintenance man finally showed up and he was there about half an hour. He goes OK it’s fixed. The water was lukewarm. The only way to get warm water is to run this tap on the sink and also run it in the shower and then it is a little warm. You should not have to do that. It was so bad I had to pay for another room in Bangkok for my last week and there was no refund from Mountain Beach Resort if I can find a way to post videos then I will be able to do it so you can see everything.

Not good at all. Very out dated and everything is falling apart. Wifi is useless ,if you are depending on it i suggest to get data package. And the blanket provided was a joke. My dogs have better blanket than that.

Staff great everything else not

I wanted to enjoy this property based on the low cost and we made the best of the situation. The first room we got did not have functional air conditioning. The second one was two twin beds instead of a double. The second room was also in horrible repair and filthy. The third room had damage on the carpet and bathroom but was serviceable. The morning buffet is fair and plentiful but the fruit was frequently not stocked. The egg station was popular. The on site restaurant frequently did not have the ingredients for the full menu. The pool showed disrepair and the pool towels were frequently not available. At least once a week room towels were not available until much later n the day.

Room is so old and not matching picture from website. Rug is dirty and bathroom has mold.

the staff talked nicely and very helpfull when to carry bags and provide advise. toilet is not good, no partition between shower area and toilet bow. no slipper. there are a lot of macs the edge of the carpet that hurt my feet every time i walked there break fast is so so

Pretty standard but love the cleanliness here. Definitely come back to this place.

Firstly the room was stinking. I complained to the reception but they only sent someone with an air freshner which didn’t help because the stink was from the plumbing. Second the WiFi only worked in the lobby. Thirdly they would only keep one towel in the room. Fourth the rooms had no safes to put your precious items like money etc. we had to go down. Fifth. Service was poor Conclusion: I would not come back to this hotel or recommend to anyone.

The staff for the cleaning was great, but the wifi was very bad...first two days there was no manager and never had the manage contact me at any time...plus the breakfast was very bad with cold food and no bacon...only good about the breakfast was the toast...

จองห้อง family แต่ได้แบบ 2 ห้องติดกัน จริงๆ จองแบบ 2 ห้องถูกกว่า

チョコレートファクトリーとスカイガーデンという眺望のよいレストランに行きたかったので、近くだったこのホテルを利用しました。ビーチへアクセスもよく、周辺に食事できるレストランもあったので立地は満足です。朝食付き、ソファー付の大きめの部屋に安くで宿泊できたのでよかったです。古いホテルなので設備にはあまり期待しない方が良いです。

Very poor wi-fi.

It was ok for the price, not more, not less.
