Expérience catastrophique du début à la fin. Je suis arrivée en Thaïlande à 7h du matin après un long vol, et j’ai dû attendre jusqu’à 14h pour obtenir ma chambre. Pendant toute cette attente, il n’y avait aucune climatisation ni même un ventilateur à l’accueil alors qu’il faisait une chaleur étouffante. J’étais extrêmement malade et au bord du malaise. Malgré cela, le personnel et le directeur n’ont fait absolument aucun effort. Je suis allée les voir plusieurs fois pour demander un geste ou simplement un peu d’aide, mais on me riait presque au nez et personne ne voulait écouter ma situation. On ne m’a même pas proposé un verre d’eau ou une bouteille d’eau. J’ai demandé simplement une banane pour avoir quelque chose dans le ventre car je ne me sentais vraiment pas bien, et même ça a été refusé. J’en étais aux larmes et j’ai dû supplier sans obtenir la moindre compassion. Le seul “solution” proposée était d’utiliser la douche de la piscine pour me laver après le voyage. Concernant l’hôtel lui-même, il est très mal conçu : il n’y a quasiment que des pentes partout, ce qui devient très compliqué quand on est fatigué ou malade. Personnel froid, manque total d’humanité et de professionnalisme. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Staff was very nice

Room was not ready when we checked in around 5pm, when we finally got our room, it was dirty. Floor was sticky, sandy. Table wasn’t wiped and especially the bathroom was dirty. We requested for it to be cleaned and they barely did anything to make the room clean. Service is terrible, no one at the pool to ask us if we wanted food and drinks. Had to walk to the bar to get our drinks. Overall this resort is not recommended, dirty and very poor customer service. Truly short staffed.

The infinity pool was beautiful and had an in pool bar. The property was well kept and the staff was very helpful. Would recommend including breakfast in your package if available. The resort is in a bit of a hilly location and not really within walking distance of other restaurants, especially during high season when it's very hot out. They do offer a shuttle to Kamala Beach center every hour which can save you some money for transportation. I highly recommend the resort.

Location was little far from city, 200 bath to go there. Staff specifically curt driver were excellent outdoor pool was excellent too. Breakfast was not excellent. Options are very limited.

It is quiet, full of greeneries, great view of the Andaman Sea, walkable to Kamala beach. The staff are helpul, polite and always ready to assist you. And the breakfast is good.

I would like to say that the property is located in a nice quiet part of town, the view is amazing the property is big have a nice infinity pool overlooking the bay, but the hotel feel understaffed, there’s two people working the pool bar, if you want a drink or food you have to walk to the bar place and order and wait for the drink to be made no one is walking around asking you if you would a drink or even clean up your table once you finished your drink or food, which it bring up my next complaint, the room was dirty at check in, trash from the previous guest in the bathroom trashcan, you can tell someone had spill a drink on a small table and it was not cleaned up properly it felt sticky, the next day we asked for the room to be cleaned just to find out the floor towel we used to dry our feet in the shower was not changed. The hotel offers shuttle services to the beach and market which is about 1.2 kilometers from the property, from 12 noon till 6:00 pm once per hour the tuk tuk only has capacity for 10 guest if the tuk tuk is full or you miss it by a few minutes you’ll have to wait for an hour for the next one, walk to town, or get your own transportation, I like to wake up early so I walked several times to town and noticed the other resorts around the area constantly shuttling their guest to the beach unfortunately Nakamala only does it once every hour. The property lacks the customer service that I was hoping for for such a beautiful property I was very disappointed.

Det var ikke muligt at få plads ved poolen. AC larmer meget. Godt med shuttle bus til strand/by - den sidste kører tilbage kl. 18. Det er for tidligt. God udsigt og venligt personale.

Prices for food, drink and massahe were expensive

We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room.

Bathrooms were not cleaned. Reception staff was extremely lazy and forgetful. Room service has limited hours. Wash basin i in the foyer/bedroom. No cupboards. Food was great I can admit.

Wonderful customer service. Very helpful and friendly. Ra, the manager, was very attentive to everyone’s needs and safety. He also made sure all guests were getting into the correct hired cars and really watched out for his guests. We would stay here again!
