Lovely helpful staff. Room cleaned everyday fresh towels. Lovely clean wet room with ample hot water. Air conditioner kept room cooler. Quiet area of Bangkok but only a short walk to the noisy hub of Khoasan Road.

Das Hotel war sauber und gut. Lediglich die Türen waren nicht gut, was dazu geführt hat, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig waren und man alles vom Gang in den Zimmern gehört hat.

Nice clean cozy room with great TV. Close to 7 eleven. I specailly liked cleaning lady who was so kind and friendly! I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything! Also thanks to reception staff whose name is Um!

Really lovely hotel. Great location. We would have rated 5* but the warnings everywhere about additional charges made you feel a little on-edge and not completely at ease. They took a cash-deposit from us when we arrived too but hadn’t from the guests before us.

Amazing, good location and lovely room. Only downside was the smell of the bathroom it was quite overpowering and we had to buy some room spray and keep bathroom door closed at all times.

Great place to stay! We felt very comfortable in our room, and always looked forward to coming back to the space after a long day. The staff were also very helpful in directing us if we needed help finding a good place to eat or weren’t sure how to get somewhere in the city! Wonderful experience overall

We (two girl friends) had a great stay in Nappiness Hotel. Staff were very friendly always and very helpful. Bed was comfy and room was very clean. Would 100% recommend. Good location for Khoa San Road & pier to get hop on/hop off boat & close to a 7/11. Thank you

Don’t like the cement floors in my room

Easy walking distance to koah san road. Great for songkran when you want to be near the action but want quiet accommodation. Cafe attached is also great. Sometimes felt a bit like a hostel but staff were great, especially the cleaning staff :)

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’hotel è piccolo ma curato, ha un carinissimo bar accanto collegato direttamente da un corridoio interno; la camera era molto grande e pulita. Ogni giorno ci venivano portate due bottiglie di acqua e snack gratuitamente. Tutti molto gentili e disponibili sia a dare consigli sul posto che a prenotare escursioni. È vicino, ma non troppo, a Khaosan Road (15 minuti a piedi). La zona dell’hotel rimane molto tranquilla. I mezzi di trasporto più vicini sono autobus e battelli sul fiume, comodi ed economici. Arrivare alla metropolitana invece è più facile con Grab o taxi

Kind and accommodating staff. I am travelling with my father in his 70s and reduced mobility and the hotel staff have been so kind and helpful. I stayed in the Love Canal room with a lovely view and balcony to enjoy your morning coffee whilst watching the world go by. There is a cafe called Velodrome cafe which has good reviews although didn't have a vegan option so I did not eat here. The location is good, around a 10 minute walk to Khosan road and plenty of smaller street stalls for food near by. At the time of visiting the alley entrance to the hotel was partially closed so a tad difficult rolling suitcases out to get a taxi but really a minor inconvenience. Overall a lovely hotel and enjoyable stay.
