Spacious room but not sound proof. I could hear people talking in next room. Chairs were dirty in swimming pool area. Recommend to use the swimming pool of sister hotel. Be careful because some people liked to use a towel to occupy the ol chairs for the whole day. Whenever I went there, I saw the same people staying in the same chairs either with or without there present. Room rate however was reasonable.

外表ok、设施ok、泳池太细、洗手盤漏水、花灑房不去水，服務態度一般、員工不積極不helpful,甲米同區域有更多較新較好的同類酒店選擇，再來甲米不會再住這家

整体感觉还是可以的，但是酒店空调是有问题，本来当地炎热的天气加上空调制冷差所有对酒店的整体感觉下降。谢谢~~

Staff are friendly and helpful.My friend and I have great experience in the small hotel.

Very spacious room with a lovely balcony. It's convenient that hotel provides a beach basket with a beach mat and 2 towels. Breakfast is delicious with variety choices. Hotel staffs are friendly. The hotel is located near lots restaurants, shops, convenient stores, tour agency. The taxi service to airport is 500 Baht.

It’s in a very handy location. We didn’t need any taxis we walked everywhere easily. Staff are so lovely. Room was beautiful and well equipped. New water and towels daily. Well done to everyone.

The staff is exceptional, always happy to help.Good breakfast and beautiful pool. Recommend the Moon Suite, nice upper deck. The hotel needs a facelift for sure but the location makes it the ideal place to stay.

Hotel perfectamente ubicado entre la playa de Ao Nang y el mercado nocturno. Servicio e infraestructuras perfectas. Nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación. Además nos dejaron guardar las maletas tras nuestra estancia para no cargar con ellas todo el dia cual es muy de agradecer. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir.

clean room and super kind staff

The bathroom toilet holder was loose and shower spray was leaking. The bed was hard and the air conditioning took awhile to cool the room.

細かいトラブルはありましたが、値段なりで良いホテルと思います。

The hotel is very dirty, blood spot on bed sheet. Toilet so dirty and fungus in shower area. Sink is blocked and water is not drained. Smell very bad from toilet . Bad reception guy . Rude . This is ruined my vaccination so bad. Stay away if u don’t want to experience like me. No parking . Electric run off in middle in the night. I have to moved to new room 23:30 . A lot of mosquitoes

It was nice but did have issues with key card

I originally booked for the small hotel krabi but when I arrived I was meeted by a very friendly manager who told me I was upgraded to the nearby hotel La Playa apparently because of so little tourism still in Krabi. I was very happy with the process and upgrade, it went really smoothly.

It was a great place with great location.very close to the beach 5 min walk . Only down fall was the restaurant was not open . Allso the bar was closed . Other then that great place to relax .

Hotel novo, confortável. Boa localização. Meu quarto tinha acesso direto para piscina e hidro exclusive para cada quarto. Porém não tem sol direto e água fria. Muito barulho entre os funcionários no corredor pela manhã, e portas batendo. Como fiquei só uma noite, não reclamei.
