The location is good for attendance the concert at Rajamangala National Stadium.

The woman at reception, and this woman was absolutely charming and beautiful, indicated to me that there will be no data privacy into the street.

Very close to National Stadium for concerts, simple 20 mins walk. AC worked but hard to control. Excellent staff and very clean. Nice simple breakfasts.

location is great but its far from business center Quiet neighborhood with proximity to mini mall the dusappointing part in the hotels is they charge for every basic things like if a guest asks for plate and cutlery you are charged for the use of cutlery and plates you are also charged for tea bags 6 tea bags cost almost about 280 baht about $9-$10. thes charges for basic hotel accommodation services are not relevant

Hoteliers are nice

experience staying at this hotel was absolutely pathetic primarily because of the STAFF consistently being rude, completely lacking service spirit and a shockingly indifferent level. we had booked a stay for 6 nights but after two nights, cancelled our booking with a heavy penalty and shifted to another hotel. thats how unacceptably bad it was the hotel was nearly unoccupied, only 20% occupied according to staff. despite of this they accommodated us on the EXTREMELY NOISY side facing the traffic. we offered to pay additionally to be able to shift to the other side of the corridor not so noisy. "NO NOT POSSIBLE, first cancel entire booking with a penalty and then rebook other room category". we had booked a room with breakfast included... when we came down for breakfast, at 8.10 a.m. we were told breakfast already removed as "all guests already had their breakfast". and they REFUSED to serve us breakfast. 8.10 a.m. is a reasonable time for breakfast and we had no idea they would remove it earlier. its almost unheard of staff at any hotel would not at least offer some basic breakfast a la carte, but NO , "not possible we close breakfast when we think guest finish". the swimming pool was horrifically poorly maintained and filthy, and our children refused to use it for that reason. basically the only word the staff at this hotel seemed comfortable with is "no, not possible".

Excellent location, next to the Nine center, so it's very convenient to get to many restaurants and Thai massage shops. Hotel staffs are good service mind. But for facility, air conditioner in my room cooled so slowly. It's more than 10 minutes.

The hotel is not far from airport link station, close to eatery area. Staff are excellent, polite and helpful.

Flot hotel der ligger i meget overskuelige afstand fra lufthavn. Personalet var venlige og informative ved ankomst. Vi fik først et værelse der lugtede af røg og fik uden problemer et andet, da vi påpegede dette. Værelset var fint, god stand og rent. Et stort minus var dog at værelset lå ud til en meget stor og trafikeret vej, som gav meget larm - særligt da vinduet ikke synes at lukke helt tæt. Larmen var generende.

It's a brand new hotel but quite noisy from the toll way.

very loud rooms - i booked a superior room. but all of these rooms are facing to the Highway - no double glass in the windows. I choose the Hotel because of the pool. But the pool was closed for "yearly maitenance". we asked why it is closed and they said because a pump is broken. They make advertising with professional international food - but all what they offer is horrible. the breakfast in the first 2 days was a choice between 2 kind of asian food and a terrible american breakfast. never had such a bad breakfast before. After complaining on the second morning they offered buffet for the rest of the week, which was cold (also cold fried eggs!!!! - everything was cold) and not satisfied. After 3 days they stopped offering coffee and tea in the room. I need to print out an email at the reception they said after the 2nd page they need to charge me if is more than 2 pages. All in all i will never spend any baht to this Hotel.

Went here to relax, finish up some business paper and study....it was relaxing! Bed was very comfy! Close to highway so noise was slightly a bothersome! The breakfast is just the problem! Was expecting buffet style, but wasn't and I noticed that only a few people were eating here! Very helpful staff! I would stay here again, as I did extend one more night! Rooms are modernize, although I wish they had a bathtub! Location away from tourist attraction so might think about transportation!

This was a very nice hotel, very close to the hotel (if your taxi driver goes the right way, which seems to be a big problem in Bangkok). Hotel is right next to a shopping mall called the nine with a lot of restaurants. However, the hotel is a far from the city center and far from any public transportation. Other than the location it is a good hotel, I did not try the breakfast.
