到步後check in 時，沒告知golf resort 不屬酒店的，所有推廣不可在這處使用。 一般resort, 翌日清潔房間後，例必安排一套新淋浴用品，以便客人遊泳後再淋浴，但欠奉。 毛巾比較舊，有感不潔，不論房內及泳池提供的。 Golf club餐廳服務水準不達標，跟檔次不相符。

FO and spa colleagues are friendly and helpful. However the food quality is fair. Recommend to join their cooking class.

地點遠離古城區約20分鐘車程，酒店spa及餐飲優越，酒店內有大草地、小公園、游泳池整天不出市區也很充實。房間空間足夠有小陽台，服務員可英語溝通。

有職員到機場接機（付費項目之一） 11人車接載 非常舒適 到達酒店有歡迎飲品及毛巾提供 非常貼心 更可提早入住 前台職員有提供平牌電腦以協助了解酒店設施及其開放時間和位置 由於酒店比較遠離古城 酒店都有安排定時免費的接駁車 但需預早訂車 酒店泳池不錯 房間也很大 用餐地方比較靠近酒店大門 但環境不錯 食物質素也很高

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room is very clean and tidy! The staff are very helpful and polite!! Breakfast is also very delicious.

A warm hotel, staffs is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is beautiful. They have a gift when check out which is a family photo with frame. The swimming pool is nice; However water quality is so so. 2 square towels were missing since day two when we stay, it shouldn’t a big deal but the staff’s insisted they have provided, although they didn’t charge for that finally.

Too far from downtown, even thought the facilities at the hotel is not bad, I will not choose this hotel next time.

第二次入住，酒店員工態度非常好。

It is good resort, but the room is rather small, and also swimming poor. However, there are not many guest, therefore can use facilities independently. Can play golf and also have garden for farm and have cooking class

Nice hotel near farms and next to a golf court. The location are acceptable, 25 minutes from the old town. The staff are super good, I lost my keycard and the staff give me a new card without any charge. The breakfast are very good also.

酒店非常新淨，工作人員非常親切細心，唯一酒店遠離市區非常遠。

We stayed there for 3 nights. Though we did not play golf and went to town for Songkran Festival, we had a lot of fun there. It was a nice little resort 25-minute drive from airport. Room was clean and well equipped. We expected buffet breakfast but turned out it was all al la carte for the whole peroid of stay. This was not bad but it would be better to have some more variety, maybe Thai style fried noodles and rice and not the same toppings for salad every day. But the Italian restaurant in the hotel and the fusion restaurant in golf club were good. I expected the fitness centre to be more euqipped, say with dumpbells and bench for some free weight training. Pity that the yoga teacher was on leave. We tried massage in the Spa centre at the golf club for twice. Nice atmosphere and reasonably charged. Definitely will return.

離市區要30分鐘路程。要做什麼活動行程都要到市區才能接送。酒店有定時接送的車進市區但不多。當地的司機都覺得遠，更多是不知道地方。機場來往酒店叫車350~500，依時間跟喊價不一; 動物園到酒店300,要講很久，有些司機不願意去。 如果只想悠閒在酒店,泳池或打高爾夫，這個酒店不錯。如果想其他活動，不是很方便。 浴室掛置衣物的地方不夠，很糾結; 地面排水設計不適合，因為浴室不是很大，容易積水。淋浴系統很棒。 酒店服務人員都是不錯的。

飯店很新，服務不錯，高球埸就在旁邊，要打球非常的方便！不過高球埸很多水，不容易！最棒的是球埸的club house餐廳一流，好吃，價格公道！我們應該會再去渡假！

フロント、朝食会場のスタッフが とても愛想が良くて気持ちが良い。 サービスも笑顔も最高でした。 食事はイタリアンもゴルフ場のタイ料理も美味しいかったです。 立派なプールはありますが、寛げるスペースがありませんでした。 ゴルフの宿泊割引が少ないのが残念でした。

Hotel was lovely but shower could be doing with a bit of an upgrade.

Good for golfers only - quite a distance to anything central and nothing to see or do on foot. No room service and hot water not hot enough! Staff friendly.

Overall it’s a nice place. Especially the design and the atmosphere. Very beautiful outdoors. I would call it five-ish stars hotel. The cleanliness of the sheets could to better (see photos of the mattress Skirt or the napkin in the room) but I can’t say it bothered me enough to ask to replace it. Had to come out and sort the check out when ordering room service (even though I notified I have credit for the room) - was a bit annoying but everything sorted. Biggest disadvantage is that you are pretty far out from the city - so that would cost time and money on rides. And of course- you are mainly going to order food in the hotel area which is always annoying. Even though it is pretty far and quieter than in town - you still hear noises like cars and people (stuff) walking and talking - at least in the room I had facing the pool side. They have a golf course just 1 min walk away so I guess that’s good if you play golf. The staff are very nice and respectful. Breakfast is ok, not great (the cheese plater needs to be bigger). Again overall it’s a good stay - and the difference between a good choice and could do better elsewhere - really depends what the price for the room. I think 110 usd (including tax) per night is a bit borderline.

Le calme au milieu d'un environnement agréable. Piscine très grande également très belle. Trois différents restaurant de qualité sur place. Seven eleven à 15 min à pied et autre petit points typique. Si je reviens à chiang mai je n'hésiterais pas à revenir.
