房間大如圖一樣 位置方便

間房真係好大，冷氣都夠凍但係有少少嘈，交通就有少少唔方便，出去沙灘全部要坐車，唯獨是依度扣d分。但呢個價錢有咁大間房都係抵嘅。

我們訂了two-bedroom suit入住四晚包早餐，已在訂房時寫明三大兩小，但每天早餐時服務員都質疑我們咁多人食早餐要我們補錢，到食早餐途中就告訴我們沒問題了 每天如是令我感到非常煩厭；另外想攞多張被要每日200銖，不像正常酒店；我們四點多check in上到房間樓層見到員工坐在地上，令人感覺不好；酒店殘舊。

Super bad, disgusting, not clean, no service, wasting time, check in slow, check out slow

房間算是新的(給我們是新樓), 整體來說還可以, 只是小地方還是不算清潔, 西曬的房間但是冷氣夠強所以覺得還算步錯, 糟糕的是晚上20:30-22:30竟然沒有水可以用, 來了兩個工人也沒辦法搞好, 可是樓下竟然淹水, 說是大樓幫浦有問題.....無言

I am much disappointed of this time. I booked the package over 8 months and i booked the 2 bedrooms with my family. Understood some issue of the 2 bedrooms but you can tell me before when i came pattaya then i can explain to my hotel, neither than i arrived then you told me you cannot give us 2 bedrooms to me. i think you can swap with other customer but why is mine? I dont care you finally give me a duplex room but it's too big and nothing family or friend gathering warmest. It is a very bad experience as i stayed here in past 3 years.

酒店在內街。每次外出都有很多流浪狗狗在路邊 酒店的熱水。有些時候會出現沒有的情況 泳池。有很多沙在水中 和有油

This is my fifth time stayed in Amari hotel but this time i felt disappointed, compare with previous time. 1. Those furnitures are turning old. 2. The air-conditioner, sometimes is noisy and not cool.

房間大, 有洗衣機及大雪櫃, 但地點不方便, 離商場很遠, 沖涼時水壓不夠, 水時冷時熱, 從未住過一間酒店房如此乾燥, 房內幾件濕到滴水的衣服毛巾一晚全乾, 有睡在乾衣室的感覺, 半夜乾到吞唔到口水喉嚨超辛苦!!! 房間冷氣超大聲, 我和朋友共訂了三間房, 三間房冷氣都是嘈足一整晚, 下次一定不會再入住. Room is big, has fridge and washing machine in room, but the location is bad, it is far away from shopping malls, the air-con was super noisy and room air was extremely dry!! all wet clothes can be dried in few hours, feeling sleeping in a drying shed!! I will never book this hotel again.

前台服務差。交通不便。房間有難聞氣味。WIFI只有房間一般，其他地方很差。健身室有等於無。

我不是第一次入住此酒店，但今次經歷真差。我以後應該不會再入住此酒店。 第一天入住，房內冇拖鞋供應。職員回覆：今天拖鞋用晒，要明天才有。荒謬。 第二天，房內竟然沒有熱水洗澡。職員回覆：明天會修理好。

10-15mins walk to Pattaya 2nd street, 2 family mart nearby. The room is big and tidy, swimming pool is a bit small but ok for chilling. At the last night we stayed, the air conditioner leak water drop suddenly, the stuff handle it real quick and that impressed me. so I would say the money is worthy spent. recommended.

Not the greatest location, require 10 mins walk from the main road Rooms are old and NO WI-FI is provided. No toiletries are provided unless we ask for it Booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Only 1 double bed and 1 single bed are provided Staff are not very helpful and polite

這酒店的外觀不錯，很惹人注目，而且樓下有很多便利店及熟食攤，還有按摩店！地理位置不錯！距離景點也不是很遠。

Overall fit for a family, clean and tidy. Children play around

The family suites is big. But one bad experience is the electricity power shutdown two times in three day. And I need to change the room at the second time power shutdown. I wasted five hours on these two maintenance. Finally they give me two fruit for me. It's really bad reply for customer waste five hours to wait the repairing.

房很大，是開放式的。但冷氣卻冷凍得很。其他都很好, 會再次入住的。 Great room, is open-ended. But very cold air was freezing. Others are very good, I would stay again.

22號凌晨12:46訂的房，下午去到酒店前台，reception竟然說房間已過期，說我們訂的是21號的房。hotels.com打去多次協調叫改成22號房，該酒店死不肯改，而且態度惡劣，前台人員還大聲罵人。沒有入住，說是住客問題，而且不肯退錢。絕對不會再住Amari的酒店！惡人先告狀！

酒店職員禮貌好，主動幫忙及提供免費專車出門。但酒店比較舊，床太容易撞到腳了。
