Clean and tidy environment!
Friendly and helpful staff
Good quality breakfast, just enough and have a bit of every style.
not deluxe but feel very comfortable. Very suitable for family with children. I could see small children are having fun with the plastic wares/plates /cutlery for them to obtain their own breakfast, which are placed on lower level tables, so that they could have their choice to get what they want.
People must wear masks and plastic gloves to get their food on buffet tables, very hygienic!
Cleaners always taking off their shoes before entering your room for cleaning. The guest room floor are mopped every day, you could feel the cleanliness with your barefoot.
In addition to air conditioning, a pendulum fan which could help air circulation in room, is good for drying my laundry
Very comfortable bed with good standards of cleanliness!

The building looks very nice, the environment is so good. I like the room interior design. Many different kind of food in breakfast and taste good!
The swimming is not so big but still able to swim and having sunbath. I am so surprise that the hotel having a water slide as well.
Besides, the hotel is very close to Kata beach, I can take a very short time to go there; there are many shops around here, very convenience!
The only disadvantage is that my room is very close to a bar at the opposite side of the street, a bit noisy at midnight
It is worth to stay in this hotel.

Convenient, spacious and clean. Staff is very helpful and the hotel is quite new and there are many shops around and kata night bazaar is just the opposite of the hotel.

酒店位於karon沙灘尾段，大kata沙灘頭段，酒店整體都不錯，設施和設計比較新，服務員有禮貌，我預訂的是家庭套房，小孩房間和成人房間中間有門可以互相通往，有私隱又可以照顧小孩。酒店環保，不提供牙刷和牙膏，也沒有拖鞋和護髮素提供。附近有些小商店，SPA和餐廳，餐廳營業到晚上11點。酒吧就到半夜2-3點都還營業。幸好聲音不影響酒店住客。酒店對面還有一個小型夜市，食物較便宜，不過個人覺得餐廳的食物質素比較好一點。交通有taxi，到巴東沙灘只需要車程20-25分鐘左右。大約車費400B，酒店有3個泳池，1個1.2米高的泳池適合中童和成人游泳，還有1米和500cm高的小童玩樂池，有1大1小的水上滑梯。酒店每天打掃房間有點馬虎，有時房間清潔完還會發現地上有頭髮和小垃圾，還試過把新的床鋪套遺留在房間沒拿走。最討厭的是房間浴室，浴室玻璃門設計有問題，每次從淋浴間洗完澡出來都會整地都是水，害我去旅遊還要每天清理浴室。如果酒店可以改善一下淋浴間就非常好。

設施跟地理位置也是屬於一流，從酒店門口行出去有大排檔有小吃市集，非常方便，對面就是7-11。下次有機會我會再去，非常適合帶小孩子去的地方

新酒店，感覺好舒服，住房種沒有露台因爲一直以為無露台房種，因習慣會洗衫好彩佢有風扇。所以好好，另外我們一行3間房我們key card可以共用，感覺幾好，但無拖鞋腳及浴袍提供這裡不太完美。酒店早餐還可以只是種類比較小，但可以接受，因卡塔這邊很小早餐店

The hotel is very bad in terms of cleanliness. There was hair on the bed and in the bathroom, and the water was not clean.
The cleaners leave their dirty towels everywhere in the room.
If you care about cleanliness and quality, this hotel is definitely not suitable for you.
The pools and slides are in poor condition, with not enough water to be enjoyable, and there are no lifeguards.

大人2名、5歳、2歳のファミリーで滞在しました。
1ベッドルームスイート(シティービュー)を予約したのですが、チェックイン時にプールビューへアップグレードしていただけました。角部屋でバルコニーも広く、プールも見えるので子供達も大満足。素敵なプレゼントでした！
お部屋はとても広く、4名で過ごすには十分でした。キングサイズベッド1台とのことで、家族4人どうやって寝ようかと心配していましたが、こちらが何も伝えていないのに、ソファーにベッドメイキングをしていただいており、子供たちが寝るには十分でした。心遣いが嬉しかったです。
施設については、プールはキッズエリアがあり小さい子供を遊ばせられましたし、大きなプールは温水だったので、ゆっくり遊ぶことができました。
レストランの食事も毎日メニューが変わり美味しかったです。
周辺エリアについては、近くに屋台やレストラン、コンビニが充実しているので食事には困りません。また、両替所も目の前に複数あり、空港よりもレートが断然良いのでおすすめです。
ビーチへも徒歩圏内でした。
またぜひ宿泊したいホテルです。
