Hotels.com verified review

Deluxe rooms are a hike up 5-7 flights of stairs, no elevator. Not recommended if you have small kids. Room was dirty and poorly cleaned. Shower head was broken and needed to call maintenance. My free upgrade was not given, even though rooms was available. But seemed to be an issue w hotels.com and not the hotel.

Very quiet and relaxed environment once entered the resort , and the night market is jus around the corner of the road. Breakfast is good got different vierty of foods to choose from. Love the room, the trees and plants. The only thing to concern is there are lots of little ants on the table in the room, i guess thats because of the natural environment? So its acceptable to some extent. I wish the swimming pool could be on a higher level so i could see the whole view of this little lovely town.

酒店内园林绿化环境保育工作做得非常不错，但是居住于山坡上的客人来说就比较辛苦，行动不便或者是老人家就很不适合了。房间空调太强，很难调教到一个最舒适的睡眠温度和风速。整体清洁和服务都满意，但是早餐沙拉吧有很多小飞虫，需要改善。

The hotel have a lot of trees surrounding, I like the jungle feel, quiet. Just few minutes walk to the night market, very convenience. We have dinner at the hotel, food is good. Staff are very friendly.

The photos look nicer than actual but still good. The pool bar service is good. The resort is very convenient. It is within walking distance to convenient store, restaurant and massage. I would not recommend the hotel spa though.

It was a really relaxing stay in the resort, the environment is nice and the staff are helpful. There was a tropical storm in Krabi during our visit, so we spent quite long in the resort. There were some activities like yoga class or dessert tasting in the afternoon. The most attractive point is the private indoor Jacuzzi in the room with a fantastic panoramic view outside. The cafe in the hotel serves quite good dishes and they offered 1000 baht food and beverage voucher for the 2-night stay. A few points to note though: 1. Sound proof in the room was not too good 2. Towels at the pool were always out of stock and it took long to get some fresh ones

環境舒適，員工服務好，要求幫忙訂餐廳他們也很樂意，酒店對面已有7-11和找換店，也有按摩店，附近也有餐廳，很方便，只是離海灘有些路程，大約行15-20分鐘，除此以外其餘都很好

很不錯的飯店，我的房間在比較高的小坡，每一天爬樓梯當作運動，也有平地的房間，安靜舒服。很多的樹每天綠油油的很漂亮，員工非常得好是度假的好選擇如果你喜歡在森林的感覺

The location is very good. It's very convinent to the beach, 711 and restaurant. It was a pity that we did not go to swim in Pasaka. But I should tell everyone, the swimming pool is not the same as the photo.

我们第一天Check in就看到被单很脏，好像是没换过，后来在浴室又发现一只死了的蟑螂。房间内每天都有蚊子，酒店早餐也很难吃。
