優點 1.樓層的安全做得不錯 有獨立的安全門，要有房卡才能進入 2.空間寬敞，設備齊全，客廳的設計讓人覺得很舒適 3.床的品質不錯 4.空調很穩定 5.陽台很寬敞，我很喜歡 缺點 1.入住時，臥房角落有大量毛髮沒有清理，沙發底下有前幾位房客留下來的垃圾，可見清潔很隨便。 2.地板是塑膠貼皮地板，凹凸不平，對於硬體設施的管理有待加強 3.洗澡的水壓不足，溫度忽冷忽熱 4.入住當天不小心打翻水在地毯上，通知清潔人員處理後，地毯就再也沒有回來了，也是清潔人員的問題 5.早餐區，第一天沙拉區有大量蒼蠅，令人不悅，第二天早餐時段卻在做環境調整，只有提供麵包與點餐服務，連牛奶罐都空的，要問才有，向服務人員詢問有沒有起司跟火腿，男性服務人員直接回答沒有，快吃飽的時候，女性服務人員才問說有沒有需要起司與火腿，員工教育很差。 6.部分窗簾很難使用

一到酒店感覺已經覺得非常舒服！職員態度親切有禮，樂於為我們解決或者解答問題！反應都很即時。我相信若有機會再到清邁的話，一定會選擇再次入住，亦已介紹朋友這酒店！

雖然地點較鬧市偏遠，但酒店環境卻加了不少分數，地方不太大，設施算齊全。房間空間感非常好，唯房內裝修發現有少許瑕疵。整體體驗是很好的。

房間內Wi-Fi要改善，常常出現斷線情況，我住了四日有兩天經常斷線，常常收不到，其他地方普普通通，早餐可以。

Clean and large room with comfortable bed, good communication skill with all staff, breakfast is order style with both western and Thai choices. Swimming pool not big but decent. Have free parking.

Beautiful relaxing welcoming hotel. Near to the airport. Hotel provide free airport round-trip service. Room is very spacious , with pantry, serparate living and dining area. Free mini bar is provided everyday. Breakfast is delicious and variety. Fantastic facilities (gum, swimming pool, etc) Staffs, receptionist, waitresses and housekeepers are very friendly and helpful , especially Charlie, Mario and Don. Many thanks to them. We stayed 3 nights there, we enjoyed very much. We will introduce it to our friends. We will be back.

這是一所難得一見就近機場的市區度假村，酒店讓非常貼心地安排了來回機場的接送，令我省卻在交通上的煩惱。我們共入住五個晚上，對這裡每個細節都感到滿意，酒店房間非常整潔，所有服務人員都非常友善和樂於助人，令我們身心愉快。食物質素也非常之高，是很好的住宿體驗。惟獨泳池的位置和設計稍有意見，如果泳池的面積更大，更多晒日光浴的座椅，以及附設池邊酒吧，相信會令我們更樂而忘返。可是以市區度假村來說，這已經接近滿分。下次會再來。

Staff are very helpful, they speak fluent English and some even speak mandarin. There are free snacks, fruits and drinks refill on a daily basis provided by the hotel. There was a night we wanted a knife to cut the fruits they provide but got refused due to safety reason. Nevertheless, they offered to cut them for us which is really an unexpected and great service!! The breakfast is amazing, limited choices but all are served with high quality. We had a great time having breakfast at their glasshouse next to the pool! Free airport pick up and drop off services were also offered which is really convenient! The hotel is close to the airport but it only take 5-10 min to go to the city center by taxi which is fast and cheap. Supermarket is 15min walk away, but the traffic is a bit scary, recommend to take a taxi. My friends and I had a great time there! Will definitely choose this hotel again and recommend to our families and friends!

Staffs are helpful, hotel is near the airport and provide the free transportation from and to the airport, and it’s around 10-20 mins transportation time to old town. Room is large and with balcony, it’s good for relax and chat, but I found there’re ants and spiders in the room which may come from the balcony. And there was some water dripped from the the ceiling. Besides, the room WiFi didn’t valid on the check out date, i think it’s quite odd to me, and seems it’s reminding u to check out. I hope hotel will improve the said issues and provide a better customer experience in the future, but still recommend this hotel because the offer price is worth for a large room.

房間舒適又大，下次來清邁一定再入住。

Parc Borough最棒的地方，就是所有服務人員都非常親切，不管是接送機的司機、櫃台、清潔人員，都盡可能地滿足客人的需求。旅館招待的飲品、點心和水果，超級豐富，小孩第一次遇上冰箱內可以拿來喝的飲料，非常興奮！旅館的Irish Pub遊戲室裡有撞球、飛鏢、桌上橄欖球，就算雨天，小孩們也可以玩得開心！健身房裡也有立式拳擊球，又是皮孩最愛！我們在旅館內的兩個餐廳LALIT及Caramello Café都用過餐，餐點價格不貴，都挺美味的！早餐的選擇豐富度尚可，但很優質，水果都很甜！SPA的價格中上，按摩師確實專業！唯一不便的，只是對外交通，沒有適合步行的人行道，步行也幾乎到不了什麼景點；但有著隨時為你解決問題的服務人員，What’s not to like?

整潔，有車到機場接送，職員有禮，對住客亦十分幫助，房間提供免費飲品及小食。 做spa的師傅參差，香薰油按摩沒有香油可以選擇，而提供的香油卻沒有香氣，按後比按前的感覺還要差

與古城區距離約10分鐘車程, 很便利~ 環境一流! 職員很友善, 很樂意協助~唯獨是Wifi常常自動Log out.

Good location, near airport and downtown, easy access to many interesting place. Seamless process with staff during check in and check out. Friendly and polite staff, overall i had good experience staying here. Highly recommend.

My stay was comfortable and my room was exceptional, the staff is very friendly and welcoming I would definitely recommend and will stay here again
